The location of the hotel is great. The modernly decorated lobby and rooms offer you more than enough comfort for a pleasant holiday.

Room was spacious and clean, definitely a new hotel. Restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast every morning, had delicious selections. Really like the big balcony too which you can view stars at night without light pollution. A bit of a walk / 5 min drive to main Banff town but not an issue. Great amenities in room and service was great too! Highly recommend.

My room cannot see the mountains at all, not even see the sky. there is a view of other rooms’s balcony, car park and buildings. -.-

Coffee is kind of tricky, you will have to call and order. We didn't get any because we don't know how to use the that dripping bottle for coffee. No fee bottle of water in the room either. The facility was nice and clean but the front desk was not too friendly.

This is a brand new hotel but they are still in process of building a new extension. Quote messy. The facilities are yet to open like pools or laundry. The service of staff are not that friendly as well, except for Emily. They need to have more training. With their listed price, I would not recommend you to select this hotel. Moxy in the opposite street is much better in terms of service, facilities and details inside the room. Marriott is Marriott. Price is also lower than Canoe.

Great location. Looking forward to the opening of Spa and pool next time.

Good location, clean

The hotel is a newly opened resort hotel at the outermost part of Banff Avenue. You can choose to take the bus (free bus tickets are given at the front desk) or walk (15 minutes) to downtown. The room is large, the view is great, and the facilities are complete. It is very comfortable and warm. When I woke up, the terrace was covered with snow. It was so beautiful. There are also hot springs and SPA in the hotel. Next time I come to Banff, I will definitely choose these newly opened resort hotels. The price-performance ratio is very high!

The hotel feels very new, and you can see the snow-capped mountains opposite from the balcony, which is very beautiful. Although I only stayed for one night, the front desk gave each person a bus ticket that can be used for three days. Bus No. 1 can go directly to the center of the town in four stops. There are vending machines and free ice making on the third floor of the hotel.

The room is very big, the hotel is very new, located in the outermost circle of Banff, parking is free, and there are plenty of parking spaces. There is a restaurant downstairs in the hotel, the chicken wings are very delicious. There is a gas station across the street
