Westin Hotels in Bali

During our stay, my child fell ill (digestive issue) and I was deeply grateful for the exceptional assistance provided by the receptionist and Service Express staff, particularly Safitri. She consistently followed up on my child's well-being, showing genuine care and attentiveness (from doctor recommendation, daily follow up, to complimentary plain porridge suited to my child's needs). I was truly impressed by their outstanding service and hospitality. Of course, the hotel's amenities were in line with the high standards expected of a five-star establishment.

We are a family of three and the room was very spacious for us. Room was clean too. Service from hotel was great as well. There was a lot of activities you can choose from to join in and mostly was free. The beach was just behind the hotel building and it was not crowded which was nice. Breakfast spread was really good. They had a lot of variety. Highly recommended for families or just anyone looking for stays in Nusa Dua.
