The Ritz-Carlton Hotels in Bali

Great views and relaxing environment - rooms are very big and with some which were refreshed. Ritz Kids was great for the kids. Slow service though - check in (perhaps it was busy but still) took 45min. 3 different restaurants but the food is all the same-ish and on the salty side with service being slow and or a lack of attention to detail. Underwhelming considering it’s the Ritz

The terraced fields and valley bottom across the hall are very impressive. The room is large, comfortable and clean. The housekeeper, jeje, speaks good Chinese, is very patient and nice. The scenery is super beautiful. We booked a bird's nest dinner on the banks of the Ayung River. It took two hours and was very exquisite. It is suitable for couples but not very suitable for bringing very young babies. The breakfast is very rich and the fried rice noodles are super delicious😋
