A Must-Stay! If I could give 6 stars, I would! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 It was an amazing experience from start to finish. ✨ An unforgettable stay—I’m so, so glad I chose The Westin Resort Nusa Dua for my first-ever trip to Bali! 🙌🏼 ⸻ 🛬 Arrival Experience From the moment I stepped out of the cab, I was treated like royalty 👑. The staff immediately greeted me with warm smiles, took care of my luggage 💼, and guided me seamlessly to the check-in counter. Everyone I interacted with was: • ✅ Friendly • ✅ Professional • ✅ Humble • ✅ Spoke excellent English Check-in was super quick and stress-free ✅. I was handed a refreshing welcome drink 🍹 and a cool towel 🧻 to freshen up—such a classy and thoughtful gesture! 💡 Tip: Keep your camera ready! The welcome area is beautiful for a quick snap after arrival. ⸻ 🛏️ The Room – Pure Bliss WOW. Just wow. The room was: • Spotlessly clean ✨ • Already cooled to the perfect temperature 🌬️ • Spacious and peaceful, with a beautiful balcony for morning coffee ☕ • And the bathroom? Stunning—with a luxurious bathtub 🛁 that’s perfect after a long day of exploring 💤 They even provided a little lavender sleep balm by the bed. So thoughtful! 👏👏👏 💡 Tip: Use the balm just before sleep. It’s a small touch that makes a big difference after a day in the sun! ⸻ 🌴 Resort Grounds & Beach Vibes The resort grounds are immaculate—lush tropical gardens 🌿🌳🌸 that are clearly well loved. Everything feels serene and picture-perfect. 🏖️ The private beach area is a slice of paradise. The views? Breathtaking. The vibe? Calm and relaxing. 🔍 Minor note: I did spot a few ants on some of the beach lounge chairs, so they could use a little extra cleaning 🐜—but that’s honestly the only tiny critique in an otherwise flawless experience. 💡 Tip: Head to the beach early in the morning for a peaceful sunrise walk—it’s magical. ⸻ 👋 Checkout – Smooth as Silk Checkout was effortless—friendly staff, no delays, and everything handled quickly. Had a wonderful stay at The Westin Nusa Dua for a couple of days. The beach was clean and peaceful — perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The resort facilities, including the pool, gym, and kids’ area, were top-notch and very well maintained. The overall atmosphere was calm and refreshing, making it a perfect getaway.

Had a really lovely stay! Staff were very polite and friendly. It had a direct access to Nusa Dua beach. I came here for my birthday and it was so lovely of them to decorate my bed and to give me a birthday cake. Loved their breakfast and they had a wide selection.

The room was small for 2 double bed, there was a lot of dust in the room. The breakfast taste just average, compared to to another marriot hotel. Nothing special.

The property and location was amazing. amenities were great but can always have room for more improvements. Service on most was great. From Frontdesk, pool area to restaurants. Only downside were those “express service” is it? The ones when you call from the room phone. They are very rude staffs and needs to go for a refresher on proper customer service especially for a 5 star hotel level.

Really good stay overall. Most staff helpful. Some issues with the aircon not being cold enough. Other than that, no complaints, the pool staff were really quite nice and helpful :)

We are a family of three and the room was very spacious for us. Room was clean too. Service from hotel was great as well. There was a lot of activities you can choose from to join in and mostly was free. The beach was just behind the hotel building and it was not crowded which was nice. Breakfast spread was really good. They had a lot of variety. Highly recommended for families or just anyone looking for stays in Nusa Dua.

Close to the airport, right on a clean, beautiful beach. Impeccable service from every member of the team. Beautiful surroundings (despite ongoing renovation work to some rooms which we did not notice any impact of. Thank you for a great stay.

My wife and I had the wonderful pleasure of spending 12 nights at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua. It was such an amazing experience that we are truly looking forward to enjoying a full month of island life in Bali next year!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Westin. Hands down the best resort to stay at Nusa Dua. The service and cleanliness are top notch. There were so many complimentary activities included in our stay & didn't run out of things to do. The buffet is great with so many selection of good and great barista coffee. We will definitely be back and make sure we stay longet. We will recommend this place to our family and friends.

+ve :Exceptional staff, all wearing a smile. Friendly, helpful. :Stayed in family suite, it was huge! Even after laying all bags n luggage open, there is still plenty of space. :Direct access to the beach, clean and nice. :Multiple pools & a shallow kids pool. :There r activities for kids&adults throughout the day. -ve :Sheets can be cleaner. There are visible stains. : Facilities are dated, Lift without sensor, manual doors etc. Abit difficult when pushing stroller & luggage.

Facilities good! Service excellent! Room is quite old and it’s kind of humid and kind of smell. The front desk said upgraded the room from garden view to pool view however I requested to change back to garden view as pool view room is way too humid and things inside the room seems being touched before, toilet paper also being used half!
