Ubud Green Resort Villas Powered by Archipelago Reviews

We booked a two-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool for our family for two days. Pros: - Wonderful staff– gentle, friendly, and attentive. - Spacious villa with a beautiful view. - Free shuttle to Ubud Palace every two hours (pickup and drop-off included). - Best welcome drink ever– the mint lemonade was amazing! Cons: - Unclean linens– bedsheets, pillow covers, bathrobes, and towels had stains . - Missing hand/face towels in the bathroom. - Clogged sink – one of the two bathroom sinks wasn’t draining properly. - Due to the lush greenery, bugs, mosquitoes, lizards, and small spiders were occasionally seen. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hotel staff for taking good care of us.

Resort was very nice and service very kind. Unfortunately gekkos loved our villa very much and that's why only 3/5 for the cleanliness. Room service and cleaning team was still great and did their best. Resort is not far away from Ubud but it's impossible to walk there. Luckily the resort has shuttle free of charge to go there. Private pool was small but lovely.

Through service is always good but the hotel is run down and lack of maintenance.

Excellent in every sense of the word. Loved my stay and will return to Ubud Green. Room is very spacious - own pool - huge bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Love love love Service and all staff members were excellent and always friendly.

The place is so amazing. We had the villa overlooking the rice terrace. It’s really good. I would recommend it to anyone wanting so peace and quiet.

Close to the famous Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary and mouth watering restaurants. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Would definitely come again.

The hotel is good overall. There are some trees planted in the house, which easily attract mosquitoes. Because of the trees, the massage pool needs to be cleaned before use. The location is in a quiet area. It takes about 10 minutes to take the hotel shuttle bus to Ubud Art Market. The hotel service is very thoughtful. You can ask the hotel to prepare in advance through WA

Not recommended, the hygiene is average, I don't dare to go into the swimming pool, but the service is good

The sanitation and facilities are not so good, mainly on the first floor, there is a damp smell, the air conditioner is a bit old, and the details of the bathroom are not cleaned well.

The location is a bit far away. You can take a motorcycle at the door to go to the market. There is a convenience store next to it, which is very convenient.
