Friendly staff. There is a club nearby and music can be heard till 4am. Rooftop bar closed during my stay.

Amazing room with good price for the location. Very accessible to the restaurant and party places and beach club. Amazing staff and the front desk which (cant remember the name *Fiza) so helpful and made me feel safe being there. Once again thank you so much.

The hotel is located on the busiest street in Seminyak, opposite a nightclub, and you can hear everything until the morning! Staying for a couple of nights (like us) is ok, but not for a full vacation

I stayed for 10 days and booked a suite. Check-in was quick, and the receptionist was helpful; we were in the room within minutes. However, I was given a different room than what was agreed upon, despite confirming it via WhatsApp before my arrival. I was told the original room wasn't available and was given another. The hotel itself is run-down, and the furniture is old and dilapidated. The lighting is dim, gloomy, and weak. While the room size was large, the swimming pool was out of service for my entire 10-day stay, unavailable to guests. The location is excellent, but there's a lot of noise due to its proximity to nightclubs. I was charged 400,000 Rupiah because the towels were dirty, which is the first time this has ever happened to me at any hotel. Overall, my general assessment is that you can find better alternatives for the same price, as this hotel is not cheap.

We booked a 5-night stay at Imani Suites but unfortunately ended up staying only 1 night due to a disappointing experience. We reserved a deluxe suite but did not receive the room we booked. Exhausted from a long flight, we decided to let it slide and rest for a few hours. When we woke up from our nap, we realized the AC wasn’t working properly we were sweating and very uncomfortable. We contacted the front desk, and to their credit, the staff was kind and moved us to another room. The new room was spacious, but the issues continued water wasn't working, the room was too dark, there was no mirror, and the overall ambiance didn't feel cozy or like a proper hotel. It lacked the comfort and vibe we expected, Because of this, my boyfriend and I decided to move to Kuta the very next day. We paid for 5 nights and stayed only one, yet received no refund from Imani Suites. To make matters worse, the hotel is under major renovation, each floor was being worked on, which we were not informed about during check-in. While checking out, we noticed another couple also complaining Overall, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL It was a very disappointing experience.

First off all, this is a three star hotel located between two construction sites . Horrible rooftop pool. Unpleasant bathroom with dirty floor in the shower. The worst thing is dirty towels and the bed linen which looks greyish. No greenery, garden . Noise from the club.
