Love the hotel but the parking quite confusing

Good but bad services

The reception was great and the the location of the hotel was great as it is in the middle of Jeddah The room the was clean

Good location and kind staff. But slow staff, no iron, no hair dryer, no foot mat

Not cleaned and the service is so bad.

The room was great and very spacious. The staff were also courteous and helpful. One thing however, was that I was billed twice. Although it was my mistake that I forgot that I paid online initially, but they still asked me for payment upon check in, which again, I totally forgot that I paid online. They said there was something wrong with their billing department. Anyway, had a good time. Will definitely visit again.

We had a great experience with the hotel staff, the hotel itself was very modern and felt more like a 5 star hotel. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to travel to Jeddah. Thank you staff.
