Surroundings were beautiful as you could see the rice fields, many wonderful eateries nearby this hotel too! Breakfast was super delicious and staff here are all super friendly and nice!!

Very good location, perfect environment and nature. Helpful staff, good breakfast. But the area is full of mosquitoes and the rooms as well.

Very great location, very great and friendly people :) Rooms could be renovated and the breakfast could be enhanced (bakery is not fresh, and only I can find omelette to eat).

The room price is nearly 1,000 yuan, but it is the level of domestic B&Bs of 200-300 yuan. The sheets and towels are black, the electric kettle is super small and can't be used, so we have to ask someone to repair it. The toilet is old, the toilet seat shakes from side to side, and the toilet paper is super thin. The shower head sprays water everywhere. You can only order one breakfast, and it is difficult to eat enough. What is even more unacceptable is that they treat Western tourists politely, but treat Orientals very indifferently. There is only one set of tableware for breakfast for two people, and the other one has to be served by the waiter. The dessert after the meal was not served for two out of three days, but it was served to the Westerners who came later than us. We cannot refund if we are not satisfied after booking. This hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of Ubud, next to the famous Plataran Hotel. The hotel is quite old, so the facilities are a bit dated. It's located in an alley, but it has its own small parking lot, making taxis easily accessible. Getting to the hotel room was a bit challenging, with both uphill and downhill climbs, but the staff helped with luggage. Breakfast was served on a sheet of paper, where you could choose your preferred main course. Unfortunately, the portions were small and generally didn't fill you up. If I asked for a second helping, the waiter wouldn't give me one.

But the soundproofing was poor, and I was often woken up by the sound of doors opening and closing and the sound of the toilet backflowing. The food quality was ok, but the restaurant was too close to nature and there were mosquito nets. It's close to Monkey Forest and there are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby, so it's a good place to enjoy Ubud. I think the location is the biggest advantage. It's located a little bit away from the road, so the hotel area is quiet, but there's a temple next door, so there's noise and the sound of goats. There are quite a few bugs. I have been to Ubud so many times, but this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The toilet smells and makes gurgling sounds all the time, the hot water is sometimes available and sometimes not, the service staff is very unprofessional, and the breakfast is not delicious.
