It’s was amazing room hotel i haven seems before clean ,tidying nice classic decorations room

We love this place. Very nice decoration, and most importantly the kitchen is halal-certified. The swimming pool is also nice although need some cleaning as the chairs are quite dirty and the water has dirts from the surrounding plants. We will come again.

I booked this hotel because it famous as the first halal hotel in Bali. Its location is easy to find. The staffs are nice and friendly. I registered myself once I arrived at the hotel and put some belongings before we allowed to check in. After 2 pm we arrived at the hotel again and surprisingly our bags and belongings are arranged in our room. It is very thoughtful! The room is not so spacious but I personally like it because it feels compact. In a standar room you can get refrigerator and safety box which is I really need. I paid less than 350.000 Indonesian rupiah. We did not try the meals cz we book room without breakfast. But for those who looking for some halal dishes, there are some food stalls nearby. You can find Warung Muslim Bu Tien just near the hotel but unfortunately it was close during our stay. At the night you can find halal Nasi goreng and bakmi goreng and it's friends in front of the hotel. I will absolutely book this hotel again if I reach Bali esp Denpasar next time! Totally worth it!

We recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to Bali. While the facilities were decent, there were some highs and lows in our experience. Starting with check-in, the receptionist on the first day was cold and didn’t offer a smile or a warm welcome, which was disappointing after a long day of travel. However, the next day, the receptionist on duty made up for it with a broad smile and even offered to help charge our phone at the front desk, a kind and thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The hotel room was quite small, so it might not be the best option if you’re traveling with a big family. On the plus side, the musolla on the 5th floor was convenient for prayers, and the lobby area was a great spot to relax, watch the traffic, and enjoy the local atmosphere. We also appreciated the halal breakfast options, such a thoughtful touch! However, it would be nice to have small spoons for coffee-making and an option for warm milk to pair with the coffee. These little details could make the breakfast experience even better. While there are a few Muslim-friendly restaurants nearby, including Warung Muslim Ibu Tien right next to the hotel, we found the cleanliness of the restaurant lacking. As a result, we opted to have lunch at the hotel the next day after checkout. The hotel’s cleanliness and food quality were far better, and we were glad we made that choice.

As Moslem traveller, no need to worry again when taking vacation to Bali. Yes, this hotel is amazing. The food is great and the staff is superb!!! Will be my favorite hotel

Excellent hotel in great condition, TV WiFi air con , has full amenities, about 1.5 KM from kuta beach , highly recommended, parking attendant is very noisy with the whistle, really no need for it ,

Chill hotel for muslim...

My son said the water at swimming pool is smelly and dirty. Price cheap and you got what you paid for. Theres only 1 iron so you need to wait for the other party finish using the iron. Towels smells like chlorine

This hotel room was small and shower room very very small and narrow. Toilet space not enough. No body lotion and sandals. Break fast menu ok but it can be more miserable.

I am a business traveller, I have done some of my business lately in Bali and around 10-20 days a month I stay in several places especially in Kuta, Ubud and Seminyak. After a long flight and trip I decided to try this hotel It was quite disappointing. I booked a double bed and they gave me a twin bed room. I don't touch anything and back to ask the front office about the bedroom type that I already requested before booking the room clearly but last night I asked nicely but the lady without any apologies said with not really hospitality behaviour say that all the double bed room is full and there is no more room available. I have no more energy to cancel and find another hotel after a long flight, so I decided to stay. I have a meeting with my client around the hotel and this morning I asked for an Iron to my room and it takes 2 hours til I get the Iron and you know what? There was rubber dirt stuck to the hot iron that was given to me and it ruined my shirt. I can't use it anymore, can you imagine what I felt after it? As a business owner, I know that it is just because of certain people in the company that they are not really concerned about their job. If the management is not concerned about this situation I guess you guys are just waiting for the owner to collapse. In conclusion, I will not recommend this place to anyone and I will never come back to this hotel. Thank you and hopefully you guys are concerned about the hospitality services as it's the main core of this business.

Didn't stay here. I had to cancel my flight due to visa issues and I contacted Trip com to request a cancellation and it was denied by the hotel because I had passed the cut off point for cancellation. I thought this was a bit inflexible because I would have rebooked a different date if they had given me this leeway.
