Convenient location. The hotel is not a wheelchair / luggage friendly - many stairs leading to the lift. This room has an attached balcony where you can sit out and watch people. The bed can be more comfortable. Only the afternoon & evening guy receptionists were helpful. The cleaner auntie was friendly too.. The laundry room is available on the second floor with a dryer.

The receptionist on March 8th was great and friendly, but the receptionist on duty the following day was unhelpful and seemed distracted by his phone.

This place is all about location! Out of lobby, road junction turn left and you are at Ba Shi (八市) and turning right you are heading towards Zhongshan Road pedestrian walk (中山路步行街）. It was easy to hail a taxi in front of the hotel too. Airport is around 20-40mins away to the hotel. Once out of the hotel, there is food aplenty and a 7-11 just across the junction. The front desk staffs are all friendly and willing to help and a pleasure to chat with. Rooms are small but clean and the cleaning lady is a delight as well. Always with a smile when I see her. I enjoyed the washer and dryer amenity as I was there for a week and washing powder / detergent is provided. Open from 9am - 10pm. I do find the window view not much of a view. This is the old district, so buildings are looking their age. The toilet flushing is quite loud and if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. My mom enjoyed the firm bed whilst I would have preferred a softer one. Photos on website are the same as what you see. Great location. Walking distance to bashi and ferry terminal. There is a bus station at the ferry terminal making it very convenient to travel around. Food is everywhere around the hotel.

Very convenient places, easy to find food, and easy to walk to pedestrian street. I will book again if going to Xiamen. Clean rooms with provided one time used tooth brush, tooth paste, slippers.

Hotel staff service is good. Room is small but hygiene is good. Easy access to eat and shopping

The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped with the luggage. He was very nice. The hotel is also very convenient for travel. The Eight Markets are downstairs. The hotel has complete facilities and there is a terrace on the roof. I will stay here again next time. It is recommended.

This stay experience is perfect! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the enthusiastic front desk staff patiently checked me in and introduced the surrounding attractions. The room is super cozy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the smart equipment is complete, and the window is an exterior window. There are a variety of breakfasts around, all of which are local specialties of Xiamen. The cleaning lady replenishes the supplies in time every day, and the public areas are spotless. It is very close to the subway station and the business district, and it is super convenient for travel and shopping. Both the service details and the hardware facilities are impeccable. I will definitely choose here next time!

This stay was very nice! The room was warm and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I slept well until dawn. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with food and shopping all around. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and generally all requests were met. I told the front desk guy to turn on the air conditioner in advance, and he turned on the room air conditioner in advance. I caught a cold and needed hot water, and he took the initiative to deliver it to the door of the room. I will choose this place next time I come, and I highly recommend it!

The room photo is exactly the same as the room, the facilities are quite complete, the fifth floor terrace is where you can eat and relax, and there are many places to eat next to the Eight Market. Recommended
