A great little spot in the middle of Ubud. Great value for money. Staff lively. Simple but good.

The facilities in the room and the service of the hotel staff are beyond expectations. The hotel is located near the Ubud Palace. It is very quiet after entering the hotel gate. The check-in staff speaks fluent English and his colleagues have no problem communicating in simple English. The room is large, with a swimming pool and a spa. The spa price is very friendly, about 40 RMB per hour. There is a convenience store at the entrance of the hotel. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the center of Ubud. It is worth the money and there is basically no waiting. You can book this hotel with confidence! !

The hotel is located in a back alley in a shopping street, so be careful as it can be hard to find the entrance. I took a Grab bike there but passed it by a few times. Other than that, it was very good. The courtyard with the pool in particular was beautiful, and there were sunbeds with parasols so it was comfortable. The rooms, bathrooms and balconies were clean and very spacious for the price range. They also arranged for me to rent a motorbike, which was cheaper than the market rate for a 110cc one. It may be the best value for money among 3-star hotels in the Royal Palace area.

My favorite hotel on this trip. The receptionist was very nice, considerate and polite, and reserved a room with the best view. The hotel is so beautiful, the swimming pool is clean, it is running water, and everyone can swim. The room provides toothbrushes and free bottled water, and there is laundry service, which is clean and hygienic. I strongly recommend everyone to stay here when they come to Ubud, it is super convenient for shopping and eating!!!

Nice place, inexpensive, hearty breakfasts

Everything is great. The staff is amazing. Breakfasts are big and tasty, they bring it to your room at the specified time. The soundproofing is weak (but I haven't seen good ones in Bali😅). And small ants, there is no escape from them anywhere in Ubud...

The location is in the very center of the city! From the hotel you go straight to the street with a bunch of souvenir stalls, cafes, etc., a 2-minute walk from an exchange office with a good rate and a night store, about half an hour walk to the monkey forest and "CP Lounge" (an interesting place with live music and a show program of local color 😍 combines a bar and a disco, open until 3 am). We took a room with a view of the garden on the 2nd floor. It has a huge shower and a loggia overlooking the jungle 😍 Once we ordered breakfast (because we were constantly wandering around the neighborhood) we couldn't even finish it, there was a lot of everything and it was satisfying)) There is a spa, massage, 2 cool pools. The staff is very smiling and responsive)) Next time we will be happy to come back there again!

A very small hotel, the reception is just on the street. I booked room one, they put me in a completely different one and on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator, you have to carry your suitcases yourself, but they really helped me drag them up to the third floor. Breakfast is ordinary, but on time.

The location is very convenient, right next to an art street in the center of Ubud, close to the only Starbucks in town. There are many alleys in Ubud, and when you go in, you will find various temple-like buildings, a bit like the alleys of old Shanghai. These hostels, homestays and hotels are in these hidden alleys, which is very interesting. The room has a small balcony, and breakfast can be ordered and delivered to the room, 40k IDR per person. The bathroom is a bit dim, and the water pipes are not smooth, and water is leaking out. The service staff is very enthusiastic, smiling service, and simple English communication is no problem. You can also find them to book a day trip, car, etc. The locals have resources and can compare prices from multiple sources.

I stayed here for 3 nights in May 2024. The location is on the left side of the narrow alley (with souvenir shops on both sides) right next to Starbucks on the main street in the center of Ubud. It looks nice in the photos, but the facilities and equipment seem quite old. It's not that bad, but I don't recommend it for honeymoons or important anniversary trips. It's fairly clean and not terrible, though. The plan didn't include breakfast, but for 500 JPY you can eat a main dish, drink, and fruit platter on the balcony of your room (order at the front desk and pay in cash in rupiah). The location is a little difficult to find and the roads are narrow, so if you are coming by taxi or being picked up and dropped off on an optional tour, I think it would be easier for the driver to get on and off in front of Starbucks.

Best value for money and exceptional setting. Attention no air con.

一泊利用 ロケーションがめっちゃ良くワクワクした。 スタッフも親切。 恐らくウブドの周辺では良い施設な感じがした。 お風呂があるがお湯が出なかった。 シャワーはお湯が出る。 変電機はスタッフに言ったら一つだけ借りれた。 助かった。 ドライヤーも無いので注意。 衛生面が怖かったがダニ等に刺されたりもなく、清潔で良かった。 トカゲが何匹か居たので気になる人は避けたほうが良さそう。

5 star stay at this gorgeous family run retreat. Our room was lovely with a large bathroom. Our verandah overlooks the top swimming pool. The staff were kind and lovely. Quiet peaceful and green, a 5 minute walk to all the action of the main street and a walk up the street and around leads to the rice fields, more stays, ducklings, small cafes etc. Lovely. Simple breakfast served to your villa. Great location. Highly recommended!
