The staff's very nice and friendly. The room's quite big and clean. Good place for the vacation.

The experience at the hotel was amazing.

Overall the hotel is nice. But the bed linen is not very good quality. Synthetic. Usually in Bali there are no problems with this, here we were surprised.

The room is quite large and clean. It is surrounded by green plants. It is very comfortable to stay. The water in the swimming pool is warm and you will not feel cold when you go in. Breakfast was a la carte and tasted pretty good. The only drawback was that the fruit the next day was not fresh enough. We were a little dissatisfied with the small watering can in the room. We didn't notice whether it was in the room when we checked in, but the front desk said it was lost. We made compensation because we didn’t see it, and the compensation was unjust.

Nice, quiet hotel, located a little away from the main road. There is an excellent crossfit gym within walking distance, and there are places where you can eat delicious food.

Except for the location, which is a bit out of the way, the service and rooms are very good.

The location is relatively remote, but the price/performance ratio is very high

Excellent property. Fantastic rooms. Great ambience, swimming pool, etc. Just that it could have better food menu / elaborate menu for an improvement. The menu is too short for comfort with very little options. Otherwise, I liked what they were offering.

The hotel and rooms were clean, hotel staff are friendly and kind especially to kids. Pool is clean and big. Only thing the tvs should be upgraded for us to log into our own Netflix, Disney or Amazon accounts. The lady at reception Novita was very explanatory and helpful. The shuttle into UBUD twice a day is very helpful and convenient. Would stay here again. :-)

The staff is very friendly Febri Ami Bibi Dodi . They served very well . The order was received promptly Always available The rooms are awesome. The environment is hospitable . The spa and swimming is very relaxing and enduring . Over all a very good experience.

Everything was good from room to bathroom and staff , they were were cooporative to the guests. Novita ( receptionist) was very humble and cooporative................... U strongly recommend everyone to visit this place, they also provide the bus(shuttle) for the local visit ...

Fantastic place to stay. Staff so friendly and accomodating. The room is very clean and comfortable. Facilities and pool were first class. Food was so good! Especially the fresh fruit at breakfast. I will absolutely stay here again next time.

Everything was really clean, good service, friendly people, Nice surrounding. Room is well equiped. The Food in the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was more than enough. Just outside of ubud center, this is a place for rest and relaxation!

The hotel is passable for two nights spent. One night a sewage smell bothered me all night, it seemed to come out of the air conditioning. The pool towels were dirty. But the staff was nice. Mention for Mr Didi, very nice. The restaurant prices were too expensive and the choice limited.
