Lovely place but could have a bit renovation. WiFi very bad, I had to cancel some online meetings.

As I reach the hotel found out Rooms are quite old, broken parquets messy pool,old amenities,lots of molds and not as in picture or star rated therefore spoke to front desk to cancel my booking, never disagree staff was very helpful and friendly, he got me to contact trip.com to perform this procedure as I contacted trip Seems after their negotiations with hotel this booking unable to refund despite all the prove as picture given. At last I rather not stay in this as came to Bali to had a good vacation Highly not recommending this hotel as it’s not same as pictured

I didn’t like it, it’s too old, need reconstruction. Location is not perfect. I wouldn’t recommend. Breakfast is poor.

There are really a lot of mosquitoes... and there are also cockroaches. But the service attitude is really good! The lady at the front desk is very nice. The sheets didn't feel very clean and were a bit stained.
