The Kana Kuta Hotel Reviews

The hotel itself is nice, but I had some unpleasant experiences during my stay. I requested an iron several times, but they kept forgetting to send it. Additionally, they tried to overcharge me for laundry by almost half a million. It took them half an hour to check the bill, and they barely apologized for their mistake. Their lack of professionalism almost made me miss my flight. I do not recommend this hotel.

Recommended for whoever wanna stay in Kuta, nice and clean rooms. Staff is friendly and welcoming, breakfast is very delicious. We enjoyed our stay there. Sure will come back in future.

Returning again to the Kana Kuta ( please read my previous review from October 2023 ) for just a brief stopover on my way back to Australia it was a joy to be back. I was greeted warmly by all staff. When I went down for breakfast Mr Yoga remembered that I like my eggs over easy and by the time I sat down he had ordered them for me. What a champion you are Mr Yoga. As my last trip was for several nights I had a balcony room. As this was just an overnight stay I chose a standard room and the room and bathroom were more than adequate. But the balcony rooms are worth the extra. Ari on the front desk is a very engaging fellow, and sorry I wasn't able to catch up with Mr Putu Arsa this time. I am already looking forward to my next stay at the Kana Kuta. Keep up the good work all👍

Centrally located between Kuta and Legian with easy walk to all amenities and food, yet set back to give you seclusion away from the hustles.

The Kama Kuta Hotel is located in a quiet place a little away from all the touristic hum drum. It’s a 20 minute walk to the Kuta beach so it’s convenient if you want a bit of a quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The rooms are very clean and the property well maintained. The breakfast spread was sumptuous and quite tasty. A Great value hotel !

Check in time was late and reception wasn’t the best in handling the situation. However breakfast staff were very friendly and good.

A decent hotel at Kuta, a few seafood restaurants within walking distance, breakfast selection is considered not too bad for local hotel :) Stayed for one night only though, will return if I am to choose accommodation around this area in future trips.

Pros - The food at the restaurant was delicious. We asked for a late check-out at 2.00 PM and they agreed to it with no fuss. Cons - The water heater in the room was not clean so we couldn't use it at all. We faced very unpleasant treatment from the restaurant staff one day morning when we went for breakfast, they ran to us and said we were not included in the breakfast while we started serving some food from the buffet (even though we had booked with breakfast). Once we said that our booking included breakfast, they went on and checked with the reception and just went on doing their own business without any confirmation or an apology to us. Just ruined that day for us. The water bottles they provided had a weird taste to them and we were a bit suspicious if they were filled up with tap water.

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean all the areas, amazingly super friendly and nice staff! Everyone has a big and beautiful smile which makes the stay memorable and special. The bed is so comfortable and the pillows are the best! Close to a level of a 5 star hotel!!Wow! The swimming pool is big enough to swim and chill, the gym were perfect for a quick workout! They were looking after us like in a 5* hotel. Also super quiet, you don’t hear the crazy Kuta traffic, or the other people in the neighborhood rooms. Air conditioning, fridge and WiFi works perfectly!! All the reviews are telling the truth about how truly great this place is! The little note on the bed , with a teddy bear towel creation made from the housekeeper is super attractive . Thank you very much for the excellent stay!Yes, I would definitely stay again and highly recommended to everyone who looking for a comfortable, clean and quiet place!!

Highly recommended. Nice place neat and tidy. Staff is very supportive and highly educated. Food is also nice.

The room was huge and clean. Breakfast very delicious . The hotel not near with the beach but not too far from kuta beach . U can call gojek to kuta beach only 3 min . The staff welcome u since you check in with the smile and escort u to the room as well. Variety of food in the menu
