This was my second visit to Holiday Inn Baruna. The customer service was awesome especially Maikel (Guest Experience Manager). The location is fine and the service at restaurant was very well too.

Wonderful experience, clean room, bedsheets changed every day, coffee machine on tap, nice gym, onsen. It's pretty much great!

Nice place, not very expensive. Staff were better than most hotels. Even, for example, staff at small on site bakery were extremely helpful and went out of their way when I asked a random question that had nothing to do with their job. Amazing sunset at beach just beyond border of the resort

The property is good however the bed is quite small and also the room. The beach is dirty and not the property for holiday inn so we have to rent the chairs.

Very good value for money. Excellent location. Pool bar and grounds great. Bed comfortable and rooms clean. Buffet breakfast good and coffee actually fairly respectable for Bali. Will be back.
