"На ресепшен очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые администраторы - помогали со всеми вопросами: ранний завтрак, доп удобства по запросу, встреча поздних доставок - спасибо им за помощь! Отличные завтраки - повар успевает и готовить, и заботится о гостях. Ассортимент на завтраках хороший.
Не понравилось качество уборки - включает в себя только застилание кроватей, замену полотенец и вынос мусора - больше ничего не делают. Краны в санузле все в пятнах, на полу пятна. При этом уборщицы в 8 утра могут начать пылесосить в общих холлах, разговаривать на громких голосах.
Жили в номере на первом этаже, в ванной комнате сыро, вентиляция не справляется, из-за чего в номере тоже было сыро.
Из плюсов: пару раз выключалось городское электричество - персонал быстро запускал собственные генераторы."

"My mother and I stayed at this guesthouse for two nights in Samarkand, and it was the best decision! I'll start with the main point: a huge and endless thank you to the owner. We arrived late at night, at 3 AM, but our reservation was only for the following day. He came out to meet us, helped us find a room, spent his time with us, showed us options so we could feel at ease. This is incredible care and responsiveness, which you rarely encounter.
The guesthouse itself is the epitome of comfort: very clean (nothing to complain about), cozy rooms, and the location is simply perfect – everything is nearby. For my mother and me, it was important to feel at home, and here we absolutely did, 100%.
I'm glad there are such kind, open, and decent people. I wish this place prosperity, grateful guests, and all the best. You make this world a better place!"

"Small, but cozy room with a balcony. Comfortable beds and pillows, slippers, a bathrobe, and the room was very clean. The staff were very attentive, and there was good water pressure in the shower. Downstairs there's a very decent Georgian restaurant. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and Registan Square is about a 25-30 minute walk away."

GGuest UserI had an early train, and this was the perfect hotel for a good night's sleep before it. For one night in Samarkand, you couldn't ask for better – they even let me check in before 2 PM. Upon arrival, it's about a 5-minute walk from the train station, and if you take the right exit over the bridge above the tracks, you'll come straight to the entrance. The breakfast was clean and tasty. The room had a fresh renovation, was spacious, and comfortable. It was super for my needs. There's a grocery market nearby and a tram line, but getting to the center takes a while if there's traffic.

YYlgwyulanggongwuI arrived in Samarkand on a morning flight, so I reached the hotel around noon. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. After two connecting flights and a sleepless night, I was exhausted, and their thoughtfulness in letting me rest early was truly comforting. The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to the iconic square within minutes, and there are fantastic restaurants nearby. The room itself has a distinct local character, with carved headboards, windows, and wooden beams. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with all necessary toiletries. There's also a heated spa on the rooftop – perfect for a romantic evening of stargazing while you relax. What truly stood out was the design and decor of the courtyard; it exudes a rich ethnic and cultural ambiance, with vibrant colors and intricate details, making it very photogenic. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service staff were attentive and prompt. My first visit to Samarkand was an excellent experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip.

GGuest UserThis guesthouse offers good service at a reasonable price, with more advantages than disadvantages:
Advantages: The staff at the front desk were patient and enthusiastic, spoke fluent English, and provided electronic stay vouchers. Overall, the service was excellent. They even folded and hung up our clothes neatly while cleaning the room. We mentioned a problem with the shower drain and towel replacement on our second day, and it was resolved immediately. Breakfast was served in the courtyard; the oatmeal porridge and pumpkin dumplings were delicious, and there was a variety of fruits—not large, but with a good selection.
Disadvantages: The location is slightly out of the way, in what feels like an urban village (?). Taxis had to navigate through dark alleys, and there didn't seem to be any shops nearby. Another issue was that while the courtyard was relatively quiet, the soundproofing in the rooms was poor. Two nights we heard loud music playing from a neighboring wedding celebration (?) late at night, which was really noisy.

EElenkozkras@mail.ruA beautiful hotel, downstairs of the wine cellar, is next to the waiting station, walking 12 minutes - it is convenient! To the city center you need to drive 20 minutes by taxi.
Of the downsides: it was cold, there was no heating in the room, at night frozen ! ! ! (on the street was 10, respectively in the room too cold), windows on the road, hearing is terrible! Hear everything on the street and in the corridor!
The smell of cigarettes in the room! It seems that the room was smoking, we were ventilating, but it didn't ventilate! We asked to change the room, but we refused, said that there were no free rooms! It was unpleasant!
Extended the room for 6 hours for half the cost!
Plus: The room has everything that is declared and the dress is, for some reason, one, though two were booked. The showers were broken, both souls (up rain too) apparently stuck holes, and the water went sideways, and so on both souls, it is very uncomfortable to wash.
Just two pillows, I would like 4.
Plus: Normal breakfast, coffee from the coffee machine. Beautiful, rooms clean and comfortable.
There is a smooth board with a twig in the corridor.
Comfortable beds.

GGuest UserIt's a nice hotel, new, and everything is as it should be. It smells great, and the service is excellent. There's a shop nearby. It's located in an industrial area near the Moscow Ring Road, so before booking because of the airport, check to see if it's the right airport.
Overall, it's a decent hotel.

DDoc BokThis is a really great place to stay in Samarkand. Huge beds and huge rooms. The rooms have huge wardrobes, a fridge, kettle, safe, and a coffee maker. The bed is the biggest I've seen, but it's a little hard. It's close to Registan Square and a huge number of nice restaurants, even has its own restaurant attached that serves some great steak. The breakfast is really nice - you'll have a personal table with samsa and lots of snacks, and be able to order a specific breakfast on top.

AAnonymous UserThe website's header image was awful; the strange color scheme almost ruined my booking! Actually, it's a very charming and thoughtfully designed hotel with lots of small decorative details. It's very clean and tidy, and the little courtyard outside the restaurant is adorable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that it's not very close to the various attractions, but taxis are cheap in Uzbekistan, so this is negligible. There are many supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel, which is very convenient. You must try the fried chicken at ”Chicken Express” across the street!

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days in mid-April. The location is great – all attractions are within walking distance, and it's easy to access the hotel by car.
The rooms match the description; good bed linen, and the bathroom has gel, shampoo, and soap. However, there's a slight, specific odor in the bathroom, which I didn't notice in the room itself.
My room was directly opposite the staircase, and the window opened into the hallway.
Upstairs, there's a viewing platform with access to the roof (photo 3), where a glass door was open, providing plenty of fresh air.
I could hear my neighbors clearly, but it wasn't too disruptive.
I'd like to highlight the excellent work of the staff:
- The reception staff were attentive and friendly.
- The housekeeping staff do a fantastic job cleaning all areas.
- The breakfast attendant was also very caring.

SSylvia TeohI didn't take pic of the room as it is basic but spacious enough. The hotel is strategically located in between various sightseeing sites. For travellers who opt for tram and bus, you choose the right location because opposite the hotel just accross the road, there is a tramvay stop and bus stop. Tramvay goes to and for the main train station if you are departing for Tashkent or Bukhara. While bus goes around the city. Take bus 22 to go around the city area such as Registan centre. Take bus 31 to and for airport. Really convenient, affordable, and I highly recommend it.
