"Everything else was fine, but they charged $10 for a bottle of mineral water in the room, even if you didn't drink it, which is pretty odd. The area around the hotel is very quiet and spacious, with fountains and many luxury hotels nearby, making it very convenient."

"Facilities: Very thoughtful amenities, and the breakfast was exquisite. It was especially quiet at night. Cleanliness: White walls and white tiles made everything look very clean. Environment: We were upgraded to a junior suite with a huge terrace overlooking a garden. The room decor had a lot of local character. Service: Very welcoming and helpful. Since my train wasn't until later in the afternoon, I requested a late check-out until 2 PM through Trip.com, which they kindly accommodated."

"The room corresponds to the photo, clean and new. I didn't like the breakfast, I would reconsider the concept and offer breakfast from the menu, it would be much more attractive than the meager buffet. In the morning it was impossible to sleep, for some reason everyone was furiously slamming doors on the floor, although the door closes easily. Shower gel and shampoo and hand soap - all three products were the same, there were no other sets in the bathroom."

"The location is convenient. The owner arranged a room on 3/F and he helped me to carry the luggage upstairs. The room with double doors so the sound insulation is good. The carpets are pretty. Can watch YouTube and Netflix on TV. Air-con, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash and toothbrush are provided. I wish to use the kettle but I can’t find proper socket except near the bed and under hair dryer in toilet. I found some ants in the corner. Water pressure is strong enough for showering and flushing. After checkout, luggage storage is available."

"The hotel is located directly opposite the Shah-i-Zinda complex. It's about a 5-7 minute walk to the bazaar (souvenirs, dried fruits, nuts, sweets, etc.). The hotel is clean and new, and the breakfast menu changes daily. The selection isn't huge, but everything is delicious and fresh. We booked a junior suite, which was quite spacious. The only downside was the noisy air conditioning, but in spring, it was comfortable to sleep with the windows open. Samarkand is love at first sight! Thank you for your hospitality! We will definitely be back!"

"I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. All my expectations were fully met. The staff were polite and attentive; you feel their welcoming attitude towards guests from the very first moment. The room was clean and cozy, with everything you need. I especially want to highlight the very convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to get to the city's main attractions. A big plus is the sauna and swimming pool. After walking around the city, it was especially nice to relax in the hotel's spa area in the evening. This added even more comfort to my vacation. Overall, it's a very pleasant and charming hotel. I only have good impressions. I highly recommend it."

"The hotel is beautiful, fresh, and everything is new with a pleasant interior. The staff are friendly and always willing to help if they can. The cleaning lady is also very nice. The rooms are small but have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Each floor has a small balcony where you can smoke if you wish or enjoy a morning coffee, assuming you manage to snag it. Downsides: The bathroom had very high humidity; I had to keep the door wide open constantly, otherwise, the towels wouldn't even dry. At night, a strip of light enters the room because the door isn't fully sealed. Around 2 AM, some staff member noisily checked in new guests, talking loudly and so on. There was no respect for sleeping guests – I, of course, woke up. While being polite to some guests, they shouldn't disregard the right of others to rest. In general, noise from the corridor and slamming doors is very audible, but what kind of soundproofing can you expect with such a gap between the door and the wall? I wasn't particularly impressed with the breakfast: there's nothing to complain about, but nothing to praise either. I went once and didn't feel like going again. It's clean, decent, and cozy, but for the price per night in Qatar, I've had poached eggs with salmon for breakfast, not just mild yogurt and sausages. But these are differences between countries, and overall, I have no complaints about the hotel itself; you can certainly get enough to eat. The people and the interior were what I liked most. I recommend this hotel to everyone!"

"We really liked the hotel. It’s new, clean, with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Conveniently close to the airport; it’s better to take a taxi to the main attractions, but everything is within about 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and genuinely try to help the guests."

"A beautiful hotel, downstairs of the wine cellar, is next to the waiting station, walking 12 minutes - it is convenient! To the city center you need to drive 20 minutes by taxi. Of the downsides: it was cold, there was no heating in the room, at night frozen ! ! ! (on the street was 10, respectively in the room too cold), windows on the road, hearing is terrible! Hear everything on the street and in the corridor! The smell of cigarettes in the room! It seems that the room was smoking, we were ventilating, but it didn't ventilate! We asked to change the room, but we refused, said that there were no free rooms! It was unpleasant! Extended the room for 6 hours for half the cost! Plus: The room has everything that is declared and the dress is, for some reason, one, though two were booked. The showers were broken, both souls (up rain too) apparently stuck holes, and the water went sideways, and so on both souls, it is very uncomfortable to wash. Just two pillows, I would like 4. Plus: Normal breakfast, coffee from the coffee machine. Beautiful, rooms clean and comfortable. There is a smooth board with a twig in the corridor. Comfortable beds."
