I have traveled to more than 15 major countries around the world but have never encountered a hotel like this. We stayed there for 4 days and had the worst experience. From the very first day, we had issues, but we didn't have any option because we had already paid for the four days in advance. When we entered the room on the first day, we saw that the toilet was used and not flushed. I called the staff and informed them about the situation. They cleaned the washroom but didn’t apologize. The next day, we switched on the clean mode button, but nothing improved. They reused the same sheets, simply folding the blanket from the previous day, and didn’t replace basic amenities like toilet paper and soap. On the third day, we specifically requested that they change the sheets before we left. On the last day, as I was about to leave for the airport, I noticed my clothes were missing from the cupboard, which I was supposed to wear before leaving. I reported the incident to the management. Instead of questioning their staff or checking their records and CCTV footage, they harassed us by repeatedly checking our belongings and questioning us. They searched our belongings twice. I even provided proof of the clothes by showing them pictures from the day we arrived at the hotel. They said that the staff who cleaned our room was "on break" and did not act like they cared. The overall experience was very bad, with no apology for such a significant issue. Additionally, the carpet was dirty, the sheets were poorly maintained, and the pillows were hard, small, and uncomfortable. We were delayed for our flight due to their incompetence and the drama of calling the staff, who were off on the day of our departure and had supposedly cleaned our room. The issues we encountered—unflushed toilets, unchanged sheets, missing amenities, missing clothes, and the lack of care from the staff—are unacceptable for any hotel. The repeated and intrusive searches of your belongings without addressing the actual problem are particularly shocking !

The hotel is horrible…not clean, the AC is broken and the power cut many times…..not recommended at all

The hotel itself is more worthy of 3* than 4*. There is a construction site nearby, which adds noise, dust and accordingly spoils the view from the window. I advise you not to stay on the 7th floor, since on the 8th there is a 24-hour restaurant, which periodically hosts various events, after which the staff puts the furniture back. It is difficult to fall asleep in this situation, since naturally there is no sound insulation. Breakfast is varied, buffet style, but the quality of food is a solid C. The bed linen is clean, but has holes. It takes about 25-30 minutes to get to the old town at a leisurely pace. In general, I can’t say that it was terrible, but I definitely won’t return to the hotel a second time.

Highly irresponsible staff this hotel has. They have misplaced my luggage from their storage room where I have kept. Anybody can take your luggage if you have kept it in their storage room so be vert alert while doing so. And after doing such an act of irresponsibility they are not even acknowledging it nor they are compensating it. Not even responding to my calls. Very bad hospitality that I have observed in Baku. Dont call yourself 3/4 star hotel. You dont even deserve 1 star.

The hotel was good as location. The stuff members were amazing. The room is bad with air conditioner that you need to open up the balcony to let the air cross over. The water leaking in the other room was reaching the floor of the room from the inside. I recommend to provide a portable fan for each room or to have a parotable fan with you during traveling or to open up the balcony. P. S. Do not stay in a hotel or pay for them unless if you see the room entire.

The hotel was chosen by our local tour agent budget-friendly for the whole stay. The language barrier was there; as expected but that was manageable What I didn't like * Poor room arrangement - even though the rooms were kept clean and tidy it lacked the coziness and comfort of a hotel; fewer pillows, and bedding was not arranged. * Very slow room service. * Breakfast buffet was not that great (especially for picky eaters I would say - the options were very less)

Location: Excellent Personnel: Excellent Breakfast: Good - Excellent Overall: Excellent Our trip went nice and safe. Most of the Land Marks are within 15 - 20 min of walk-able distance. For tours, we have taken the help of Reception personnel in Baku and outside. We traveled by Taxi - best is to get a local SIM and download BOLT Application - not worth having a rented car especially at the rush hours... Airport is 20-25 min by car; pick-up and drop off from/to Airport was arranged by Reception personnel. Nice experience which we plan to repeat.

Liked · Ideally located near the train station and the seafront. The staff is pleasant and present in case of problems. The room is very comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast is complete and well stocked. Didn't like · The hardness of the bed.

Price quality. For 4500 rub. this is probably normal. But we couldn’t live there - when we moved in there was no water (no water at all) - there is a construction site nearby and very dirty windows, but they are panoramic - the furniture needs repair - there were long black hairs on the bed linen - the mattress is very sagging - far from the attractions

Smoky room, always wet carpet on the side of the shower (through the wall), holey bed linen, dirty and holey towels - well, a maximum of three out of five. Few hangers, dirty table, rusty, terrible drain in the shower. The room is cold, there are some gaps in the windows that you can’t close (the handle of one of the windows has been removed), the air conditioning does not work for heat (at the reception they said that it is centralized and advised not to turn it on so that it would be warmer). On the plus side, the rooms are spacious and not cramped (but dark, but this is the problem with many hotels), the reception staff (especially Alexandra, she is praised in many reviews and I am no exception). There is a lot at breakfast, I think that everyone will find something to have breakfast with, I’ll especially mention the coffee - as a rule, in hotels it’s disgusting, but here it’s quite good. Этот отель абсолютно не достоин 4 звезд который ставит Букинг. Даже внутри у них висит табличка информирующая о том, что они 3 звезды, но и это много для них! 1 звезда это максимум. Если вы читаете этот отзыв, то не совершайте ошибок- этот отель не стоит своих денег! Посмотрите любой другой. В теперь все по порядку. При заселении номер был на 7 этаже. И как всегда с дороги очень хочется в душ и тут был первый звонок. Вместо горячей воды пошёл воздух😬. Это самый страшный номер в моей жизни. Вы всё увидите на фото, где в стене есть дырка, постельное белье в дырках, мебель прожжена от сигарет. Часть шторы была оторвана. В номере воняет - не понятно чем. Из принадлежностей было и только мыло, гель и шампунь, остальное надо было просить, такие как халат, зубные щетки и другое. Халат приносили 3 раза, то без ремня, то грязный и это при условии что СПА был включен в стоимость. Позвонив на ресепш после 25 минут отсутствия воды. Пришел техник и кое как вода пошла. (Выложу видео) В виде извинения принесли комплимент - чай с кексом 3 дневной давности. Это не шутка! Если вы дочитали до этого места, и еще не передумали, то дальше будут аргументы. У соседей на балконе отломан подоконник, у нас, у двери оторвана планка. Несколько раз звонили после того как ушел техник, что воды нет. А когда была, то вода не уходила. В итоге я настаивал на смене номера. Самое интересное что у наших друзей которые снимали так же номер в этом отеле, тоже не сложилось с первого раза, и они просили поменять номер. Завтрак в отеле однообразный и на вторые сутки его уже не хотелось. Самое смешное, это когда в лобби заказали кофе раф, оно было кислое как ослиное молоко после года хранения. На предложение баристе попробовать его шедевр, он чуть не блеванул от своего творчества. Резюме одно: какой отель такой и владелец с персоналом

Неплохой отель недалеко от центра города. Один день не работал кондиционер и это было ужасно! К вечеру починили. Завтраки специфические. Убирают средне. На три с плюсом и уборка и завтраки. В баре цены средние. В целом, для отдыха в Баку отель неплохой.
