The location was good and you can start your city walk directly, there are bus stops nearby as well. The room facilities are enough but I think it is time to do some renovations. The toilet were smelly and I think cleaning is not enough. Considering the price (breakfast included), it is still ok.

The hotel is very dirty and poorly cleaned. There is mold everywhere in the bathroom, everything is old, terrible torn bed linen and towels. For such a condition the price does not correspond to reality. Breakfast is so-so, and it is also upsetting that there are no ramps at the entrance, luggage must be carried up the stairs or left outside and go up and ask the receptionist to lift it. The hotel needs renovation.

The hotel is in a residential area, with parking spaces, about 300 meters from the seaside avenue. I stayed there for four nights from September 16 to 20. The room was quite spacious, the bathroom was relatively large, and the floor of the room was warped due to rain erosion. It was a great experience. The hotel was very clean. The hotel staff were very professional and kind, especially Mr. Ilkin Huseynov. He was very supportive and knowledgeable, providing excellent guidance about tourist attractions. The hotel's location and access to the metro and bus station were convenient. Most importantly, the hotel's view towards the sea was amazing, and at night, it had a very interesting view. Overall, I felt comfortable, and it felt like staying at my own home.

Nobel Hotel is good and its location is awesome.The guys on reception are very cooperative.Rooms are nice.The only problem I faced there was a scammer named Ali Musa who is a taxi driver and one will find him hankering after tourists.I booked ride with him for a full day.He took me to the the beach where I had to pay double/triple as he in connivance with beach management tricked me.Thereafter,he took me to Khalifa Restaurant and Infound him eating on my expense.He is a great Thug.Avoid him as much as you can in case you stay at Nobel Hotel.

we stay at Nobel Hotel for second time, this march for second time. the hotel room was clean and room service and house keeping was good,breakfast was okay for the price,the staff were friendly and helpful specially Mr Ilkin and Ramin who helped us during our travel.

Very poor hotel : 1- All the beds are old and make noise 2- From the highway in front of the hotel, due to the broken windows, the sound of cars enters the room until the morning 3- The water channel on the floor of the bathroom is closed and broken, and water collects in the bathroom 4- This hotel is 2 stars and has very poor breakfast 5- The furniture inside the room is very dirty and old

Very unprofessional people, i think they run a scam here, they will over book and then cancel at the last minute, they do this by declining your card and will not inform you, And when you insist they will allocate all the unsold dirty rooms. AVOID

Sent them a message while booking (for another person to be the guest) asking whether they can change full price from the credit card used, since the guest could not pay at place on her own. Got no response on that during several days, and in the night before the guest arrival they sent a message that the credit card is invalid (it is being actively used without any issues, including by others hotels) and they require a response in 4 hours, then cancel the booking.

We stay at Nobel hotel for 4 night,our experinence overally for this hotel was good.location of this hotel was good near to sea side walking street.the hotel was clean and neat,breakfast was good for the price,there was many amenity kit in room.the staff were friendly and help us if we need something,specially Ilkin who was kind and help us so much.in conclusion this hotel gives you good price value in terms of services.

First what I want to mention that is location is very good almost everything is nearby, Ilkin from reception have helped us a lot during our stay and was super friendly. He has suggested us nice places to visit as well which we loved. Breakfast was fine not so many options but the guy at the breakfast was super kind and helpful, his name is also Ilkin. Murad from bell team very supportive and with good manners, Sadakat housekeeping supervisor with her team helped us so many times with our inquiries. And their manager very humble and good mannered guy whom you can ask for any help without hesitation which he can assist you to solve. We had some issue with the room on the first day and Ilkin helped us to move to another room within the next day. There is some construction works in front of the hotel right now which disturbs sometimes and won’t let you enjoy with sea view. We had reserved the room for 2 days from 30th of April until 2nd of May, but during our stay we decided to extend until 6th of May because location is really good. Hotel team should work on their foodcourt to make it better.
