Resort was crowded & Hotel is kind of old, bed not that comfortable but the housekeeping team did a good job. Room was clean & 保洁阿姨very generous with the bottle water. Thank you so much. Front desk reception Vito 小弟very helpful & friendly. Patiently helped me to call up & arrange for me to go to the restaurant I want to go. I couldn’t call my 出租车师傅from room & Vito immediately call him for me & even helped me to add 微信. Breakfast was average. But the western food restaurant at hotel level 1 was not bad. The minus point was, very difficult in fact not possible to use hotel wifi if you do not have 微信. My children were very upset over this because this is the first time they cannot direct connect wifi in a 4-5 star hotel. Restaurants inside the resort nothing great & not cheap. Preferred to take taxi to go outside to eat. Tip:- try calling restaurants that were less than 2km away. Most of the time they can send their driver to pick you up to their restaurant & send you back after that.

Me and my partner were staying in this inn during the Spring Break. It's a nice little place, and we liked our room a lot. But positive impression was spoiled by the indifferent attitude of the staff. It took them over 30minutes to organize a car from the reception to our room (5min by walk). We missed our breakfast, because no one could inform us about the time when it finishes. When we asked about it, the lady said - 7 o'clock start, when we came to the reception at 9:40am, they said that breakfast finishes at 9am, and there is nothing they can do. And 9 o'clock is really way too early to finish breakfast as it takes long time to get dressed and to get to the reception in the morning. The internet wasn't working in the room and although we asked the reception to help us, there was no cooperation from their side. We also had to ask them to bring the rubbish out, as it wasn't done after the first night. Overall, it's a lovely inn, but we didn't feel welcome there, as the staff hasn't tried once to show support and cooperation.

After playing in Changbai Mountain for six days, I don’t think it’s too much. Whether it’s breakfast or self-ordered dinner, it’s fragrant and delicious. We even have to pack it up. It's a pity that it rained for two days and I couldn't see the whole hotel. I'll come back to ”Homeland” during the snow season next time and wear the Northeast flower cotton jacket or Korean clothing provided by the hotel for free. It will definitely be very photogenic. A small suggestion, it would be more perfect if there were automatic curtains with intelligent control. After all, it is still a bit inconvenient for middle-aged and elderly tourists to get on and off the kang from time to time.

Fortunately, it was a suite with two rooms. I ended up sleeping on the first floor. It was okay to stay for one night and experience it. Breakfast was steamed buns and eggs. After staying, I took photos and left.
