This four-day, three-night experience was great! The hotel concierge Xiao Chen, Guan Feng, and Xiao Xing were so considerate. When checking in, they not only helped upgrade the room type, but also introduced the surrounding food and attractions in detail. During the stay, they helped to book restaurants and arrange vehicles. When I accidentally left my child's down jacket when I left the hotel, he contacted me immediately and arranged to find it and send it to the airport. The service was fast and good! The small episodes during the stay were also solved happily and efficiently: 1. I encountered problems with the rental and return of ski equipment. No matter how late it was, they helped me communicate super efficiently, and even helped me retrieve the surveillance in the middle of the night, and finally found the ski equipment. 2. My sister's braces were forgotten on the dining table in the restaurant. When the waiter cleaned the table, he dumped it into the trash can with other garbage. The restaurant manager helped us search in the large trash can and finally found the braces. All of the above touched us very much. Thank you so much! Real super five-star service!

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts. The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more. The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though. Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used. These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable. Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes. Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!
