Hotel is so big and the Tana river view was amazing. Only thing is that there were no much occupancies bit it’s good

I recently stayed at the Blue Nile Hotel in Bahir Dar and had an excellent experience. The hotel is conveniently located near all of the city's major attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the views of Lake Tana are breathtaking. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the management team is always willing to go above and beyond to make guests' stays memorable. I strongly recommend that anyone visiting Bahir Dar stay at this hotel.

Food was good, service was great! Rooms were average with very small showers and dates fixtures. The view was amazing from the property and we saw many wedding pictures being taken. The location is close to town and right on the lake. Overall a good stay!

Worst customer service at front desk. Poor communication. You have to ask many times before they listen to you. Their customer service seems vary from person to person, not sure what they base. But I clearly observed the attention they give to each customer is different. Not best practice. The internet is inconsistent. The room service could be improved. You just have to work for each service you need at their facility . We didn’t receive any service without asking for it multiple times. The staffs ( except from the security at the gate) need substantial training how to treat every customer regardless of any identifiers.

For foreign foods it might be the best in town. But, the service is terrible. The staff is standing around in clusters talking, not checking on your table, not aware of your needs, you even have to go find them to get your bill! Sadly, this has been my experience multiple times. I will no longer visit this hotel!
