The food and service were great. The crew in the hotel were very friendly, acted with speed, and all our requests were accommodated. The room was very nice and clean.

Great services, nice location. I can walk to many sightseeing places and cafe from the hotel.

Great Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a great experience staying at grand sierra. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was also fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to staying here again!

The hotel was good, the breakfast buffet was good but our room wasn’t sound Proof. We could hear the noise yelling from downstairs at night. We couldn’t sleep.

Far from city .. no view at all.

The location is far from the city, the room was not tidied up, the socket in the bathroom was broken, and the guest was still looking for it!

We had our wedding here in Grand Sierra Pines Hotel last January 18, everything we've planned were executed perfectly. They've assisted us beyond our expectations. They've flexibly assisted us even though it's sometimes out of the agreed plan. They've never failed us on our expectations. Almost all our guests stayed here and they are all satisfied with the overall services, rooms and sumptuous buffet breakfast! Will surely comeback here soon! We totally recommend this place for any occassions, you'll never regret it! Again, thank you GSP team for making our stay and wedding memorable :)

Had a fantastic corporate event. Staffs are very accommodating, friendly, and professional - The whole hotel radiate an atmosphere of comfort with elegance. Definitely would conduct more business meetings and/or corporate events in the near future.

The staffs is so accommodating, friendly and very professional when it comes to their guest. The location is surrounded by the tourist attraction here in Baguio city. Their rooms are so spacious, they offer a family room, deluxe, and superior room. The service is good they can give you want you ask for. They have also veranda and playgrounds for kids. Overall, i had so much fun visiting their hotel.
