Fresh after the repairs in 2024. Comfortable beds, good pillows.

The room was excellent—clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is great, surrounded by trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay. We are regular travellers and by far the best hotel we have stayed in. 2nd floor had all the brand new rooms so that was lovely. Shame the swimming pool etc wasn’t open but all part of improving the hotel. Only thing I would say is the best are 2 singles out together which is fine but one big duvet would be better then X2 small ones.

We really enjoyed staying here. Staff was friendly and room is clean

I would like to thank you very much for the wonderful stay at your hotel. Everything was truly top-notch! The service was outstanding, and the pool was an absolute highlight! We will definitely be back. One small criticism, which has nothing to do with your hotel: The charging stations for electric cars in the parking garage were regularly blocked by non-electric vehicles. Unfortunately, the warnings on the windshield wipers seemed to have little effect. Thank you very much, and see you soon.

Very good hotel, comfortable bed, free parking, rich breakfast

It's a bit of a walk up the mountain, but the view is great and there's a big balcony. But checkin is slow and many things are not provided, for example, some people have disposable toothbrushes and some don't. The overall experience is OK.

The hotel I stayed in when I first came to Germany. No passport was required and I could check in directly. The lock of the single room was broken, so I had to re-acquire another room and it was upgraded for free. Overall, the price/performance ratio was very high and breakfast was included

Location: 20 minutes by bus from the train station, and within walking distance to the city center Room: Great, large, good environment, and heating! It is unclear where the very good reviews come from - fake? Average room, a bit of mold in the bathroom, old hairdryer, no soap in the dispenser. Door with countless flaws. View from the balcony of the parking lot. Radiator with mysterious technology. Elevator from 1979. Breakfast also average for 4 stars, mediocre coffee, scrambled eggs from a packet. The best thing: Friday and Saturday there was a lot of construction work in the building - not announced, no price reduction. Rusty water in the pipes for minutes. No apology, but a long explanation of what we had to do. Not a second time!

This is a very cost-effective hotel in Baden-Baden. The location is excellent, right next to the park and within walking distance to the town center. The rooms are quite large and have terraces. The only drawback is that the hotel is a bit old and the facilities are old.

The room is big and nice, but the outside is still being renovated.
