Horrible outdated interior, stains on the mattress, staff non existent, you have to open your room with a literal key.

Hotel is remote from downtown with a quiet environment. Swimming pool and sauna are well maintained and good. Golf course is also nearby hotel.

The hotel is by the lake and the overall environment is ok. But the service was not very good and the room was not cleaned every day. When we informed the front desk that there was no cleaning, the front desk told them that we needed to inform them that the room needed cleaning, and then they would arrange for the aunt to clean it. Isn't it difficult to arrange cleaning by ourselves every day? Don't understand. Also, the aunt just did a simple job, but the garbage we put on the balcony stayed there for 5 days, and it has always been there. Just make the bed and change the towels? I even suspect that they have never changed the sheets and quilts. . .

Excellent hotel. Large rooms, boats, catamarans, lakes. Free shuttle 7 times a day to Vilnius. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Very shabby hotel....old furniture...doors, windows, lamps....interior....needs renovation

Everything is very good, BUT you need to keep in mind that the pool may be closed, as time is sold to other organizations. And no one cares that you paid for a hotel with a pool in the hope that you could swim. This is very unpleasant and it is not clear how to explain to a child why he is not allowed to go to the pool.

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and we love it here! Beautiful place, convenient location, excellent staff, good breakfast.

It's perfect for traveling alone.

It was not the first time we rested in the Vilnius Grand Resort hotel. Stayed 3 times in deluxe rooms and many times in superior. This time there was an improved room, but I had never seen such furniture before - a chest of drawers made of pine 30 years old. It was impossible to look directly. There is no light curtain on the window - no comfort. But the bed is snow-white, the bath is super clean. Breakfast is worthless. Overcooked bacon, dry old herring, not even fried eggs. Breakfast deteriorated We put good coffee machines, and saved money to buy decent coffee. The advertised SPA is practically inaccessible - there are parents with children. There is a way out - we pay 19th and go to the new SPA. It's wonderful there.

The territory and interior of the hotel are cozy, the service is pleasant! Definitely recommend!✨️
