Room a bit dirty with under the bed not properly vacuumed. Also a bit too small. Too many complaints.

The location was great! If you are taking public transport, do not get down at the Plarer because its further to walk to the hotel. Instead get down at the Wertachbruke station. From here its only like 50m to the hotel. The room was great! The amenities provided are all in good condition. Staff were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our short stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely comeback.

New, clean and very comfortable hotel next to tram stop so easy to ger around. Also spacious underground garage. Breakfast is excellent, lot of choices.

The hotel offers a lot of value for money. Newly renovated rooms with a comfortable bed, only 4 stops on line 4 from the main station. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here twice and can only recommend the hotel.

At 9:00 a.m. the cleaning lady came in and woke her up. This is not normal. Departure at 12:00 p.m.

New hotel, good facilities, rich breakfast, but very crowded. Hygiene is not satisfactory, there are other guests' hair in the bathroom. The big bed is two mattresses put together, and the space between the two mattresses is very dirty, with a lot of dirt.

The hotel lobby is bright, the waiters are polite, the room is large enough and tidy, but the bedding is a bit small. There is a welcome bottle of water. Slippers are not provided proactively, but they are provided at the front desk.

Super nice hotel with reasonable bar prices. I can only recommend it.

Very good breakfast and facilities. A little far from the historic center.
