The hotel room was very clean and spacious. I was surprised, however at how small the pool was for the size of the hotel. Also, I wasn’t informed of how much valet was prior to arriving and that there was only valet no self parking but overall it was a good hotel stay

The service was excellent. All of the staff were very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. We sat in the bar area and had drinks and food, both of which were great!

The restaurants and food was amazing! The service was good. The hotel is isolated from safe shopping and entertainment in midtown. If there is no event at the stadium or GWCC, and/or the pool isn't an option, there is little to nothing to do during the stay, i.e., live music or jazz at the bar/lounge, or some form of conservative entertainment passtime. In short, the hotel is too great to be so boring. Unless you hate money enough to blow $250-1000 on a massage, there is literally nothing going on there. Just a disappointing reality for such an elite hotel in a prime downtown local. But if you stay, be absolutely sure to take advantage of the food... it is unbelievably great!

Our stay was very comfortable, the hotel is absolutely beautiful! The service was ok, as some of the staff were not very welcoming. Those standing at the door (the first face visitors see) stand in a staunch, serious manner, and do not even offer a greeting, smile, nod, nothing. You are not even acknowledged. I guess it depends on who you are. The front desk workers were always pleasant and attended to questions/ requests with a smile. My family and I enjoyed the food at the Nest restaurant, as we ate there several times during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed Signia by Hilton. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was being made to feel that we were not welcomed.

The hotel can see the Mercedes Stadium, which is very spectacular and beautiful, with complete facilities and luxurious decoration. At the same time, the service attitude is also very good. It is a good hotel

The environment and hygiene are good, and the hotel lobby is also very grand. There are also many large meeting rooms there. So, in addition to tourists, it is also very convenient for business trips to hold meetings. However, there were not many guests on the day we stayed, so there was no breakfast buffet. The staff are very willing to come again.

Random debits, and three wrong debits, not only caused exchange rate losses, but also wasted a lot of communication and follow-up time.

There is only valet parking, and you have to wait an hour to get a car. Even though I made a reservation with breakfast included, if I don't see the bill when I check out, it's charged again. And yet, he didn't even express regret.
