Excellent location. Convenient transportation. Great room facilities and cleanliness. Markable service. Impressive view on the terrace.

Nothing negative about this awesome place. The personal is so friendly, they try to help you with all small details. You will feel yourself like at your home, you will not want to leave this place at the end. Stunning view at the rooftop to Acropolis, amazing location close with Kolonaki,Syntagma and all popular brands,cafes,restaurants by walk. Excited to come back to the hotel. Thanks to all the staff again and again.

Be aware that team keep deleting bad reviews on various platforms. This is a pathetic service. Basically, we called up the hotel to book directly on the same day as arrival (so literally less 8-9 hours of staying at the hotel). We are Accor Plus members (and frequently get privileges in the hotels across the world, i.e. complementary upgrades, late checkouts, breakfasts included, friendly service etc.). Here, the rate that your team gave on the phone was 2x larger than ***********, Trip.com and Accor Plus website rates…. Also, after booking through aggregator, we then wrote email saying that would appreciate complementary upgrade (as Accor Plus members), hotel team ignored that email as well. FYI - there are 3 different categories of rooms available today through aggregators. Hotel team mentioned “we will try our best and put a note”, which clearly they didn’t, as nobody even remembered about this at the checkin. Surprised of such a service at a 5-star hotel!!!

Nice hotel

It was very bad, even though I chose it with children, they charged me an additional 80 euros, the rooms are small, the view is not as it seems, we were not satisfied.

Good location, good service, overall other normal

The location of the hotel is very good. When you go out, turn left and walk for 3 minutes to Syntagma Square. Turn right and walk for 3 minutes to Attica Mall. The hotel is small but very exquisite; the room facilities are very new and the breakfast room is good (Pictures 3 and 4); there is also a bar on the first floor and the food is pretty good (Pictures 5 and 6). By the way, opposite Constitution Square is very prosperous, there is [Chunxi] Chinese restaurant, the service and taste are good. The waiters in the lobby and restaurant are very enthusiastic and respond quickly to your needs. Overall, apart from the high price, there are few shortcomings. There are almost no family facilities. There is a swimming pool on the 10th floor, but we went there in winter, so we didn't use it.

The location is very good, right next to Constitution Square. Just take the M3 from the airport to Syntagama Station and exit the subway. The room facilities are very new, and the lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is not very varied but tastes good. The waiter will ask what kind of coffee to drink. It is highly recommended to order a cup of the local specialty freddo cappuccino.
