+: The service was really kind and let me check in even though the beds weren't made since I was way too early. The location is really nice not too far away from the train station and close to the sea side promenade and beach. Luggage store room under bed was quite spacious They have an extra room with a small billard table -: only one shower and toilet for men (same for women), so you had to wait sometimes, the most in the morning before check out. Entrance is hard to find in a dark small alley in the corner of a street.

Terrible! This is the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in Japan. owner / manager is extremely impatient, rude and aggressive. There was a large bug in my bed and the temperature in my room was far too hot. I felt very uncomfortable and was unable to sleep well. I was made to feel very unwelcome from start to finish and when I returned to the hostel to collect some of my belonging which I had accidentally left behind, the manager slammed the door in my face and told me to go away. I highly recommend paying slightly more if you want a good nights sleep. There’s a reason why this place is cheap.. It’s terrible!

It's between Atami Station and Kurimiya Station. It is recommended to get off at Raimiya Station when you go there, because it is all the way downhill (a bit steep) from Raimiya to the hotel. When you return to Atami Station (there is a bus in front of the hotel for 200 yen), you can also walk to Atami (about 15 minutes, road Not easy to walk.)
