Very comfort and big room with nice sea view. Onsen was good all the time. Location abit far and hilly from town. That will be good if you are driving. They also provide free shuttle bus go train station. Be prepare you own food before stay in if you dint get their dinner and break fast. Good chill and relaxing hotel.

Upscale spa hot spring style hotel . Very clean and organised. Breakfast was very good and is included in the package. The downside is that the hotel is up a mountain and there are no restaurants or bars or stores nearby , for any activities you will need to take a taxi to the centre

The hotel is a 7-minute drive from Kinomiya Station. The hotel can only provide a few free buses a day between the hotel and Kinomiya Station. If you reach Atami Station, you have to take the railway, which is only a 2-minute drive away. We successfully booked the hotel at 11:00 am on the day of check-in. When you arrive at the hotel, all check-in procedures are self-service and you need a password to check into your room. The location is Kinomiya, one station away from Atami Station, and it is quite a bit up the mountain from the station, so it is definitely not within walking distance. If you make a reservation thinking it's a discounted rate, your enjoyment of the trip may be ruined by a poor dinner. The 2nd to 4th floors of the main building have limited views, and the main building does not have a separate bathroom, so you must use the large public bath. Both breakfast and dinner are French! First time using this hotel. The cost performance was very good and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the bath and the room. However, it was quite a walk from the station and there were slopes, so it was tiring. The nearest station is also a small one, so I wish I had taken a taxi from Atami Station or made a reservation in advance and used the shuttle service. Also, check-in time was between 3pm and 6pm, so it would have been nice if it was available a little later.

The hotel is some distance from the station. You can ask the hotel in advance if there is a car available. There is no convenience store nearby, so it is a bit inconvenient. There was sand on the bed in the first room I booked. The service staff responded immediately and helped me change rooms. However, I had to run around because there was no phone in the room!
