Very good service and nice

The place was good, the room was wide enough for family to stay. Overall it’s a good experience. You can also view the fireworks by acxessing their rooftop.

Very good

Although it was a room only stay, breakfast was included and the service was good. I was looking forward to playing table tennis, but there was only one machine, so I was worried about whether I could play, but it wasn't crowded and I was able to enjoy it to my heart's content.

This was a very pleasant experience. I stayed alone for 4 days. Every day before going out, at breakfast time, and before returning to the room after returning at night, I would chat with the Chinese staff lady (I called her sister when we first met because she was really very young). She was very warm and considerate, well-educated and very professional. I looked forward to seeing her every day. Another Japanese staff member was a very cute boy. Although we didn't speak the language, he was very patient waiting for me to type and ask questions. He would proudly tell me how he solved the small problem in my room. Songyue is very close to Kinomiya Shrine, and I would go there to sit before returning at night. It is a little far from Atami Station. Google even gave a road that required carrying a suitcase down the stairs (in fact, you can get there by walking a little further forward). Moreover, Kinomiya Station, which is one stop more than Atami Station, is closer to Songyue. It is recommended that if you don't have much luggage, you can also go from Atami Station to Kinomiya Station, which will be much more convenient. The room is very quiet, very clean and comfortable. The hot spring water is next to the room. It comes from Kinomiya Shrine, which is very comfortable. The only disadvantage may be that the geographical location affects the poor wifi signal. I sincerely hope that I can have the opportunity to come to Songyue again soon, and choose a season with fireworks festivals, plum gardens blooming, or fireflies!

The environment is very good. I have never experienced tatami before. However, the service is a bit poor. They did not clean up after staying for two days in a row. We were asked to clean up by ourselves. In addition, on the day we checked in, the male waiter took the initiative to help us carry our luggage. When we left, we changed to a night shift lady who actually said directly that there was no service to carry our luggage down the stairs... Fortunately, we met a kind-hearted Chinese friend to help us.

The boss helped me carry my luggage, which was great. The hotel is very tall. But there is no elevator. The hot spring is a bit small. Breakfast is simple but convenient. You can watch the fireworks from the top of the hotel, which is slightly blocked. There are many places to eat around. There are very few tourists.

The building is filled with the atmosphere of the Showa era, and it made me feel nostalgic. Kinomiya Shrine is nearby. The facilities are old, but the room was spacious and comfortable. I liked the table tennis room and free western breakfast! We had a great time. It's a pity that the bathroom was a little narrow.

In order to watch the fireworks, the hotel was almost fully booked, so I chose this one. It feels like a homestay, and the location is easy to find, halfway up the mountain. The northern aunt at the front desk is very nice, and there is also a free breakfast every day. Although I couldn’t get up and didn’t eat it, the hot springs are average, but the human touch is a plus

The hot water didn't work, there were small cockroaches in the room, and the mobile phone signal and wifi didn't work. Suitable for the elderly 👵

It's too far from the station, and it's a ramp, so you can only take a taxi, which is inconvenient. Breakfast is not included, but light food is provided, enough to eat! It is close to Kinomiya Shrine, a 6-minute walk. The Chinese waiter from Northeast China is super nice!

The landlord is very nice and enthusiastic. The room was very comfortable and the hot spring was very nice. As for transportation, it is close to Kurimiya Station. If you come from Atami Station, you can take a taxi. Ten minutes walk from the beach. The overall evaluation is very satisfactory, thank you for the hospitality!
