The room was nice, clean and close to the sea. The price is also very reasonable. The front desk service attitude is also very good, a very satisfactory stay!

This is a disgusting hotel. We pay 749 lira for a room, we had two rooms. As soon as we entered the room, we qanted to leave. Paint are off the wall. The bathroom is so disgusting, didnt have a stomach to take a picture. Moved rooms, that wasnt any better. Spent most of the day outside as we didn't want to spend any time in the room than necessary. The keetle was beyong the word dirty. Waste of money. Its not worth 49 lira, never mind, 749 lira.

The minibar was taken from the room, we asked for it and it arrived 4 days later (I told them every day, they brought it when I wrote on the portal. The safe is not working, we told them every day, but they did not make the safes for two rooms in a week. They do not clean the rooms without you telling them. The wet foot towel and other towels were folded and put back. The beds are mats on chipboard. Breakfast quality is very low. Don't waste your money. I don't recommend it.

Samsun is a hotel where you can stay with your pet, but do not come without looking at the reviews. The photos have nothing to do with the rooms anyway. On February 15, I made a reservation for two suite rooms at the Grand Atakum Hotel through *********** for the dates 31.7-14.08. The accommodation fee was collected 2 times. At the end of 2 months, we received a refund with difficulty. When we went to the hotel, our suite rooms were the same. We learned that it was sold to someone else at the time. We were accommodated in a standard room for the first night. For the remaining 14 days, we stayed in only 1 suite and the other room was a small room. Unfortunately, I saw from the comments on the internet that this was not a coincidence and that the hotel did this to many customers. This company is no different from qualified fraud and it is defrauding the shopkeepers of Samsun. It humiliates the dignity of the people of Samsun.
