I had a deeply frustrating experience with Botakoz. I booked a room well in advance for a much-anticipated trip, and without any notification my reservation was canceled without any explanation. When I arrived, I was met with vague responses and no justifiable reason for the cancellation. This lack of communication and professionalism left me scrambling to find alternative accommodations at the last minute, significantly disrupting my plans. The hotel’s disregard for its guests’ time and trust is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to reconsider booking here, as reliability seems to be a major issue. One star—solely for the initial ease of booking, which clearly meant nothing in the end.

Nice hotel, excellent location, there is a discount for purchasing air tickets, the service is good, although the furniture is not new, it is good, the service works well, but sometimes there are inaccuracies with the breakfast schedule. Overall I recommend it!
