Aso Plaza Hotel Reviews

Staffs are polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and spacious. We love the dinner set, and the variety of the breakfast buffet is not bad either. We did enjoy our stay in this hotel very much.

Hotel staff are nice, even though they are not familiar with English but they tried their to explain everything in details! Room are clean and actually quite spacious for three people!

Old hotel with basic amenities. There are 2 onsen and the roof top onsen is quite nice with good views. No bath in the room so you must shower in the public bath.

There is no toilet in the room, something I wasn’t aware till I checked into the hotel….

Worth staying for family stay.

The hotel is clean, need a car to get there. It’s recommended to upgrade lightening to make the room brighter. I reserved a room with view during booking and it’s more expensive then same level room. However, they turns out provided me a room with rooftop view. Feeling disappointed.

The hotel is old, so it's not new, but it's clean. The bath water is really good in Kumamoto. The food was also very delicious. For smokers, the lights in the smoking room are turned off at around 12 o'clock, so you have to smoke in the dark. My partner said that it would be better if the lights were on here. I don't smoke, so it didn't bother me. The view was nice.

It is an old-style hot spring hotel with friendly front desk staff. It is an environmentally friendly hotel. If you stay for more than two nights, you can choose not to clean it. The waiter will put clean towels in a bag and hang it at the door of the room. Breakfast and dinner are not bad. The location is convenient, opposite the famous Aso milk restaurant, the price is medium to low, it is worth choosing.

The room is quite old, but very clean. It is really the cheapest place I could find during the Obon holiday, so I don't have many complaints. The hot spring downstairs is worth a dip, but the downside is that there is no cold water pool, which is very unauthentic. It is very far from Aso Station, so you need to call the store to send a driver to pick you up. And the drop-off time is fixed, so choose carefully.

The service attitude of the counter staff was good, and the accommodation rules were clearly explained. The public bathhouse on the first floor is well-equipped. There was a little girl crawling in the outdoor female public pool on the top floor, so I didn't go there. There are many types of breakfast, and there is unlimited supply of Aso milk. You can eat a lot. full. It is recommended to live in a high-rise building, so you can see the beautiful scenery of Mount Aso outside the window in the morning.

There is a family mart and a supermarket nearby for easy shopping. Normal Japanese-style room, which is large, rather old, but very clean.

I like this hotel very much. I have stayed here for the second time. The scenery is really good. You can see Mount Aso. The hotel has Japanese tatami rooms. The facilities are a little old, but they are still well maintained. The hot spring is great. z

There are many baths, including indoor ones, and the view from the open-air observation bath is beautiful. The spring water is smooth and feels so good on the skin.
