My booking was in a small room with shared bathroom, but it’s very clean. Also, Netflix provided and free breakfast.

Good value for money next to the racecourse and Dooban railway station for access and entertainment. 38 dollar taxi fee to the airport. Shopping centre is about a ten minute average paced walk away with restaurants and supermarkets. Hotel is comfortable with plenty of tea coffee and milk in the room for you. Comfortable and affordable.

Location is nice. Near grocery and restaurant.

Cosy and clean. Just what you need for an overnight stay for a warm bed. No frills. Breakfast provided was adequate - cereal and toast, tea and juice. Staff were friendly. 500m to Woolies and a few restaurants.

Very good one night near the airport

The hotel room is clean and comfortable. Self-service check-in is a bit unexpected but acceptable. However, the overall design of the hotel is not very friendly to guests with luggage. Choose carefully if you have heavy or large luggage. It is not convenient to store luggage after check-out. It should be only suitable for self-driving travel, or guests who don’t have much luggage, fall asleep when they arrive at the hotel, and leave when they get up in the morning. In fact, motel is more suitable

No wifi

By far the best when transiting through Brisbane. The instructions to the unit were clear. Spent a few hours before flying home to Fiji. Highly recommend. Funny enough I was searching for an accommodation and everywhere else in Brisbane was booked except for this one. Will visit again.

I felt like I landed on another planet at this place. I arrived just before 7:30pm and the woman at the front desk could not have been more lovely and helpful. Unfortunately my room (1) was quite musty and the smell really unpleasant, so I opened the window to air it out a bit, but then got cold so closed it. It was then that I realised that though the bed was nicely made, for some reason it was made without a blanket. I found the blanket in the cupboard, but the cupboard was so mouldy, I was afraid to touch the blanket. Luckily I just happened to be traveling with my hot water bottle, so I used that and one of the towels on the bed to keep me warm. The continental breakfast was a nice bonus, very clean and tidy but it was in the breakfast room that I realised that every single person there was male. They all seemed to kind of know each other as well, so I wondered if it was maybe a halfway house? I couldn't figure it out. Even so, they all seemed pleasant enough, though I felt a bit out of place. Like I was intruding on something and didn't belong there. In the end, though I'm quite simple in my needs, it was a bizarre experience that I don't think I need to re-live. Oh yes, I will mention that the shared toilets were spotless. And the building that they advertise is not the building I stayed in, so that also added to things not quite making sense. I had landed in the Twilight Zone!

Great location close to the Brisbane’s airport. Close to public transport and next to restaurants and supermarket. The service was excellent as well. I would recommend this hotel for all the people coming to Brisbane.

We booked this place as we thought it was near the cruise terminal. Our mistake. Apparently the cruise terminal has relocated and appears to be on the other side of the airport. Never mind. The motel itself is nice and clean with good a/c and WiFi. Had a nice meal across the road at Gallopers and breakfast this morning at cafe 63 in the Hamilton area, about 12 minutes walk away. I would recommend if you’re looking for a budget stay close to the airport.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The *********** listing misled us with promises of a separate seating and dining area, but in reality, it was just two bedrooms, a kitchen with no bench space or cupboards for food and no cupboards or drawers to store our clothes. The parking situation was equally frustrating – despite being told there was parking, we found only a handful of spots available on a first-come, first-served basis which was fun with luggage in the rain. The listing also mentioned an in room washer & dryer- when asked upon checkin I was told it was a shared laundry downstairs. Overall, not the experience we were led to expect. When I questioned all of this upon check-in I was told it was the booking agents fault (***********) but in fact it was the accommodations listing that lead us astray. Be careful. For reference we booked the premium booking of 2 bedroom with kitchen at the residence located at 18 Lamington Terrace.

Sent the following to Ascot with no response: Just a heads up. There needs to be a yellow warning ***** of the level change into bathroom or a shallow ramp, or both. I tripped on it twice, the 2nd time slamming my lower arm into the door handle. My right shoulder muscles were painful for 4 days and even today i am visibly bruised from the back of my right hand up to elbow with weakness to shoulder. Main bruise is about 5 inches wide and almost halfway around my arm but a total of 4 bruises, just from hitting the door handle. However it saved me from faceplanting into the toilet. Thankfully no break to arm or collarbone. Extremely dangerous trip hazard for elderly or the vision impaired. Otherwise a good little unit, great beds. Would stay there again but pack my own reflective warning tape!!!
