The Phoenix Park Hotel is an ideal accommodation choice for the Tour of Okinawa, with its strategic location and practical facilities. The hotel has three parking lots, providing convenient parking options. There are also gas stations and pasta restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for travelers to refuel or dine. In addition, the hotel is very close to Century Forest Park, which is suitable for bicycle enthusiasts. The room is equipped with a bathtub, which is convenient for relaxing after the game, and bicycles are allowed to be brought into the room, which is very considerate. There are free washing machines and dryers on the third floor, suitable for guests who stay for a long time or need to clean their cycling equipment. It is worth noting that the vending machine is only located on the first floor and mineral water is not provided in the room. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. The room has a good view, and you can directly see the start and end points of the game, which adds to the fun of watching the game. Overall, the price is reasonable, and the microwave in the room provides extra convenience. It is highly recommended for bicycle race participants or travelers who like to cycle.
It's in a good location and the room is clean 😀
There was hair on the side of the shampoo and washing machine, and I was a little worried about that, but it was nice to have all the amenities.
Also, the walls are a little thin and you can hear people's voices from outside and outside the entrance💦 Recommended for those who don't mind.

The style of the room is relatively grounded. The decoration style and design style are what I like. There is no difference from the picture. It is exactly the same. The air conditioner is also good. When you sleep at night, you can turn on the air conditioner to sleep, and you can adjust it to the temperature that suits you. And there is no sound. I feel that the furniture is still quite new, and overall it is quite convenient and good.

GGuest UserWe just stayed 4 nights at the Onna Resort, the house looks exactly as the photos. The space is beautiful and the ocean is right in front of your porch. It has beds and amenities for 12 people but I think since there’s only 1 bathroom it can only accommodate 6 people maximum comfortably (there are 2 toilets though). The kitchen is functional and has all the basic necessities. Some small things are missing, like rags and seasonings, so be prepared to get your own. It was great being able to do laundry with the washer and dryer, and there are plenty of hanging spaces in the rooms.
YYim FunPrice wise, CP value is high. Breakfast is great with different varieties for buffet; it is also very good for the Okinawa style. You could choose either one. Rooms are quite big, good view at higher levels. Facilities wise, it is satisfactory with all you needs. The only comment is on the room lighting, it is a bit dark at the TV area, the rest are very good. Location, it is not near to the beach but hotel has shuttle bus provided. I am highly recommend this hotel and would return next time.
GGuest UserBest Western Okinawa is a small hotel with a very magnificent sea view. It is conveniently located by a beach and across different types of restaurants. What I appreciated most was the chef always came out to the dining room and helped out. His serious and responsible attitude enhanced the hospitality there. However, the hotel seemed to be a bit dated with the small lobby. The lift was a bit old. The room itself was spacious but it was a pity that the water was not hot enough. That was why I could not take a bath comfortably. Given the above, I think I will skip my second visit to this hotel.
MMuyaThe room at first glance was great. Really spacious and great view of the ocean.
I have seen others reviews saying the rooms smell bad but didn't notice at all on the first day.
I stayed 2 days and skipped the room cleaning.
That's when I started to notice the dump smell.
AC air smelled and felt wet, I think overall it's the ventilation system wasn't working well.
The parking space was scattered to multiple places and they didn't really advise where to park. Many of their staff were older men and weren't very helpful or friendly.
on my arrival there was nobody welcoming you at the gate.
Considering the location and access to the beach I think the price was reasonable but
If I ever stay again I will not skip the room cleaning. they must be using really good air freshener when they clean.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is great! It is as clean and spacious as the photo. There is a beach across the road downstairs. The children had a lot of fun. The balcony has a beautiful view. It is very close to Nago Fishing Port, Nangure Ramen and supermarket. It can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. It is convenient for dining. Although the parking space is charged, The price is reasonable and suitable for self-driving travelers to book.
JJeffrey CheungGreat location next to the beach and spacious room for one person. Cleanliness was superb Japanese standard and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast had a generous selection and service was excellent. Would definitely recommend for those who are in the area.
Vvinnci ChanI booked this hotel without driving a car and just by myself and a friend because the location was just behind the wedding place by a walk within 10 minutes the next morning. We took bus YKB 888 from Naba to here in the afternoon, and the bus stop name was the hotel name, which was easy to find and bring a suitcase to walk. One thing to have been careful of was you might prepare a dinner box by 7-11 / Family Mart, etc., before you arrive there because there are not easy to have hot food if you are not driving, especially at night.
EEvan 勾勾The hotel is conveniently located next to a major road. You can take a walk across the pedestrian bridge to the famous Nuanmu Ramen restaurant on the other side. I'm glad to hear that the front desk staff were friendly and helpful when we expressed dissatisfaction with our room and assisted to chang it. They deserve high praise for their service. Although the rooms may not be large, they offer a wonderful sea view when you open the windows, allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sunset. The rooftop hot spring is clean and well-maintained. It's definitely worth staying at this hotel.
VvjtThis homestay offers decent amenities. The rooms are quite tight with limited space to move around, but the common areas are spacious (so we placed all our luggages in the living room). The living room is a good size, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. There’s also a washer available. The location is a bit secluded, but manageable if you have a car. Conveniently, there’s a parking lot right outside the house.
