Zhenyuan Apartments

This is a homestay that surprised me all the way in Guizhou. The design taste, service details, hardware and software are all among the best in the scenic area. The balcony view is excellent, Zhushengqiao Temple is close at hand, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. The chicken powder made by the boss for breakfast is very fragrant, and there is afternoon tea. The hair dryer is still Dyson, and there are constant small surprises. The boss's family service is very enthusiastic and attentive. He sent a detailed travel guide and the Spring Festival program list. He also gave us a small commemorative gift before leaving. The whole stay experience is very good. I strongly recommend it!

Awesome view from the room. The hotel has been just renovated, on the left wing there is also the elevator. No breakfast is served and did not see any coffee shop around. If you need a coffe to start your day, better to bring your own. The hotel is an area with restrictions to traffic, about 500 meter from a parking lot. No English is spoken, we used WECHAT to communicate. Very kind staff.

The 4.3 score is really unfair to the hotel. First of all, the location is very good (I was initially surprised by the store downstairs). It is next to the New Bridge and not so noisy. Secondly, the service attitude is good, and breakfast coupons were thoughtfully provided. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, which are very convenient. Finally, the most amazing thing is the hotel’s huge terrace. It’s so comfortable to watch the night view. It’s really worth recommending.

Very satisfied, the location is very good, about 10 minutes walk from the scenic spot, parking is convenient, the store will help pay attention to the parking spaces and send the location, very convenient. Parking is not in the hotel but in the alley. It costs 40 yuan to stay overnight and 30 yuan to stay in the hotel. It's only 1 minute away from the hotel, so it's really not too convenient. But try to come as early as possible. There are not many people in June, and there were still parking spaces when we arrived at around 7pm. There is super delicious ice liqueur at the door. Because I have to drive, unfortunately I can only drink one glass of liqueur. I drank three glasses of mung bean. There are a lot of places to eat in the surrounding area. I recommend Lao Zhenyuan Restaurant, which is delicious and has good service. You can have a powder for breakfast. It's very comfortable to stroll along the river at night. I rented a small electric car and went to Qinglong Cave in the morning, it was perfect! There are many B&Bs nearby, I highly recommend this one. By the way, there is no elevator, but there are no elevators in the B&Bs here, they are all houses along the lake.

The room is exactly the same as the photo of the merchant . You can take a boat below and eat a lot. It is very convenient just downstairs in . The price is also affordable. The boss is very good , the boss who parks far away also rides a bike to take you to get things to drive. In short, the service is in place and the hygiene is quite clean. Not much to say, next time I go or a friend, I will recommend their home! Their home is also very comfortable, moderately soft and hard,  sleep until dawn 😀😀

Climb the stairs to the fifth floor. But the big problem is that the air conditioner actually leaked, which made my clothes wet. It was also very loud. It leaked all night. I told the front desk that night. There was nothing the front desk could do. They could only wait until I checked out the next day and call. Repairmen 😂 (I was told that the temperature must be turned up to 20 degrees, but I endured the cold and lowered the temperature, but it still didn’t work)

So-so, the advantage is that the location is close to the ancient city, the decoration is good, the room is big enough, and there is a parking space; the disadvantage is that there are no disposable slippers, the bed will creak when lying on the bed, the mineral water provided in the room has been opened, and the front desk service The attitude is average, there is a smell of oily smoke from the windows and doors in the morning, and the sealing performance of the windows and doors is not good

This B&B is located about 15 meters after crossing the New Bridge and turning left. The location is quite good. Since it is newly opened this year, the facilities and linens are satisfactory. I booked a river view, and the balcony can see the New Bridge and the Yang River. But the price is indeed a bit high, 872 does not include breakfast. The only complaint I have is that it's a bit noisy at night, mostly affected by the bar below. Parking is inconvenient, which is understandable. After all, it is a small city and a mountainous area. It is definitely not as convenient as a big city or hotel. The store owner will take me to the parking spot.

體驗簡直不要太好。 老闆人很好，定錯了後一天的酒店，免費給我們升級了河景房。最後我們高過河回來遲了老闆也給我們免費辦理了延遲退房，真的很貼心. 民宿沒有味道！出來玩就是怕有味道，這兒意外的沒有味道，真的超讚. 很有氣氛，一樓有個小桌子，晚上逛完古鎮回來在那兒喝酒賊有氣氛. 晚上安靜，往裡麪走的那些民宿很鬧，這兒晚上相當於一點其它的聲音都聽不見. 環境好，在房間裏看河景對岸很漂亮。 衞生那些也很不錯的，民宿裏的浴巾和洗臉巾都有一次性的，算是很貼心了。 總之 就是一百分能打一百一十分的民宿！

Service: First class, the proprietress is very enthusiastic, will remind the road conditions in advance, the arrival time is slightly late (after the luggage is taken to the parking lot, the store bears the parking fee, slightly real) because I don’t know the local nightingale situation, I enthusiastically helped us contact the restaurant and sent us a bottle of millet wine. This homestay is very cost-effective. It is the first time to book a homestay (the experience is very good). Although the town is not big, it feels very comfortable. 😌, I will come here again next time.
