It is also close to international schools and major hospitals, offering outstanding resident amenities that create a civilized and safe environment. A few notes for guests: 1. We use a SELF-CHECK-IN system through messaging via apps like Wechat, KakaoTalk, Zalo, Line, WhatsApp, Viber, or Email. Typically, we will send contact information along with a booking confirmation code via email. Taxis can stop directly at the apartment lobby. We will place the apartment key card in the mailbox area in the lobby on the first floor. This way, guests can easily retrieve the key card when they arrive at the lobby, use it to access the elevator, and enter the apartment with the provided password. 2. Our apartment is fully equipped for your comfort, just like at home. This includes basic bathroom amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, hand wash, etc.), essential appliances (hairdryer, iron, washing machine, and some apartments also come with a dryer). The kitchen is also fully stocked with water, a rice cooker, a microwave, pots, pans, and basic cooking spices. 3. Swimming pool: We have 3 outdoor pools. To use these pools, guests need a resident card, and obtaining the card takes about 3-4 days. Therefore, we will assist long-term guests (staying 10 days or more) in registering for a resident card to use the pool, with the cost of the card borne by the guest. 4. There is a free playground for children and paid services like restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, supermarkets, cinemas, spas, gyms, and more right below the building. 5. We offer free cleaning service every three days, or additional cleaning upon request for a fee. The cleaning schedule can be flexibly arranged according to the guest’s preference.
