We stayed a couple of nights at this hotel. It is on the edge of the town centre with some parking available outside. There is also the Piazza Republica parking located only 200 m away. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choice.

The location of the hotel is at one end of the city center and made it easy to walk anywhere in the city center, approximately 13 minute walk end to end on a cobble stone street. The daily provided breakfast was very good and offered a large varity. The room had the shower and bathtub in the living room area which we found very strange and lacking in privacy, not to mention it was hard to warm the area for when you walk out of the shower. The glass surround made it impossible for us to stop the water from splashing all in the living area making the floor slippery. The light over the sink was out, I asked multiple times for it to be replaced as I needed light to put my makeup on, it never was never replaced. Additionaly asked 2 seperate front desk workers for an iron or steamer for my wrinkled clothes and was told they do not have one available. I have never stayed anywhere from the most basic of hotels that did not have this available.

The hotel is located at the beginning of the pedestrian area in downtown Aosta. Room a little on the small side, but nothing else to complain about. Standard breakfast. Kind service. It only has a few parking spots in front of it, so if you check-in late you may be in trouble to park.

Absolute Luxury. Hot tub on the roof was a-true delight. Me and my friends were extremely impressed with this hotel. Highly recommended. Driving from Saint Tropez it was extremely easy and safe to park our car outside. Breakfast was brilliant and waiting staff exceptional throughout. Service nothing short of impeccable. Superb hotel brilliant location to start exploring! Lots of nightlife bars shops and brilliant parking solutions throughout Aosta. Ten out of Ten.

I stayed four nights at HB Hotel Aosta in July 2023. The hotel has a great location, close to the pedestrian zone (with various shops and restaurants) but in a quiet little street. It is about 10 minutes walk from the railway and bus stations. Aosta is not a large town, so everything can be easily discovered on foot. I had a single room on the 5th floor. I liked it very much. The room was really nice (exactly as in the pictures here), it had a beautiful view of the mountains. There is a safe and a fridge in the room. It would be nice to also have a coffee machine, though coffee can be ordered at the reception. Breakfast is served on the ground floor and again, I really liked it, there is a great choice for everyone. Wifi worked well throughout my stay. The staff at the reception were all very nice and helpful. The hotel also has a spa section but unfortunately, I did not have time to go there. Next time, as there will certainly be a next time in Aosta and in HB Hotel for me.

Good news is that the breakfast food quality was extremely high, like they have a fancy restaurant preparing it. Bad news is that the high food expense causes them to cut corners everywhere else. 26C is too warm to sleep. Staff was not allowed to turn on the air conditioning, to save money. Room safe door spring was broken, but I used a knife to open it. The mini-fridge honestly heated up whatever was inside, making the famous local meats and cheeses less attractive to purchase. Location at the edge of the pedestrian area could be OK, but you walk a lot, and I am neutral about that. There is no kind way to say that this hotel lies about parking availability. The number one business in Aosta is not tourists, it is parking tickets, with the most aggressive beat coops that I have seen anywhere in 33 countries visited. Locals who live there full time obviously suffer more than tourists. The huge free public oparking lot advertised by this hotel is never only 100% full, as all of the workers in the downtown area leave the cars in planter areas, double parked, and no reasonable tourist can compete for those free parking spaces. Hours observed on the streets are not an exact science, as only a few feet away from a sign has different rules, and so many people receive parking tickets. They cost about 30 euros each, I can tell you from personal experience. The private hotel parking is enough for half of the guest cars, and by 3PM, it was always full. This was one of the two most disappointing hotels in 7 weeks of European travel in four countries. Try somewhere else.

Stayed as part of package with interski holidays. Lovely hotel and did the job for what we needed. 20 minute walk (max) to the gondola for skiing and right on the pedestrian zone for the main town. Breakfast was a good variety of what you would expect; egg, bacon, pancakes, toasties, cold meats, cheese, bread, yogurts, fruit, croissants. We had a family room, which was a queen size bed and a bed settee. Very spacious. Came with fridge, kettle, coffee machine, 2 TV’s, safe. All staff very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again - in-fact already looking at booking for next year, staying in the same hotel.

Located in the center, logistically convenient for every service, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, AMAZING BREAKFAST both in terms of quality, variety and quantity! We were unable to enjoy the spa which promises well and for which we will return... super recommended!

Located a stone's throw from the pedestrian street that leads to the center of Aosta, the Hotel enjoys an excellent view of the mountains and is very quiet. Clean room with a small outdoor space that overlooks not only the mountains but also the bookable hydromassage tub (however, it is a bit intimidating to go out while other customers are in costume and relaxing). Bathroom a little dated and with very dim lights. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety and excellent quality of products. In addition to self-service for drinks, you can also request drinks from the bar. Receptionists extremely kind and available for every request. Good quality/price ratio.

Hotel with great ambitions but which falls on the famous banana peel. I got a suite with a jacuzzi tub in the room. But to just take a shower there was no closure, even temporary. The coffee machine is full of other pods and water that has not been emptied. I found a crumpled towel from the previous customer. And finally, breakfast was barely classified as good. Good location.
