Good location (about 7 mins walk to the Antwerp-Centraal train station/ Chinatown). We had an issue with the rooms (they gave us the code for the wrong room and we had put our luggage there only to find out we were supposed to be in a different room. However, it was solved quickly by their staff (everything is digital there including check in/ check out, you get a code upon arrival to enter the building and room)). 24hr parking near by (about 5 mins walk from the hotel) but we had issue re-entering the car park as their system was down. Pretty clean room with laundry machine, kitchen and utensils.

Overall, it was a very good hotel. What I liked the most was that the room was very spacious. The kitchen was also very functional and had all the necessary dishes. I think it is suitable for long-term stays. Additionally, it was within walking distance of the station and very close. The staff were friendly and nice as well.

2 adult, 1 child, but city tax was charged for 4 adults every day... Very complicated way to check in and out.

Location is great - pretty much within walking distance to everything. Self check-in and -out was conviennent too, just sometimes need a bit of wait for the receptionist to give the room key. I’ve got a free upgrade as the room I was assigned to in the first place was dirty - they definitely need to improve on cleanness. Overall above average quality experience

Great location! Within walking distance to Antwerp Central Station and Roosevelt bus interchange. Several supermarkets in the immediate neighbourhood for convenience food and groceries shopping. Eateries galore with all kinds of kitchen. Will book again, next time we're in Antwerp.

Yays Opera is just around the corner from the Antwerp Main Train Station which makes it very convenient. It is also a short walk from the old town, China town, the diamond district and the Chocolate museum. Apartments are spacious and modern.

Was a good time, I enjoyed very much. Will go again when I get the time.

How should I describe this hotel? Actually, the location is great, the environment is great, the price is reasonable, and the room even has a kitchen and washing machine. Maybe because I stayed in a room by myself, the design of this hotel building is very unique. It actually has two buildings, but I happened to stay in the other building, so I had to walk a long way and it was very deep. I'm not afraid of walking, but every time I had to go back to the room, for some reason it was very quiet... very quiet... It was a bit scary (after all, the corridor is really deep) (you have to go down a short flight of stairs and take two different elevators). As for the environment and the room, it was great, but I was really scared to go back to the room during the two days I stayed there (I didn't have this feeling when I stayed in other hotels).

The room has a kitchen and laundry facilities (detergent provided), which is very convenient. There are also MOMU books in the room, which is a big plus for fashion enthusiasts. Overall, I would recommend this place, but I was a little concerned about the cleanliness of the bed. It might be best not to judge it by Japanese standards.

The location is excellent, the opera station is the closest, and the train station and the downtown area are both within walking distance. There is also a supermarket next to it. The rooms are very good and well-equipped, but there were mosquitoes when I went there, so I couldn't sleep well at night.
