The hotel is located in Kaleiçi, the historical center of the city, inside the old fortress walls — a place where time seems to stand still. It was a real pleasure to stroll through the narrow, cobbled streets full of character and history. The hotel has a beautiful inner courtyard with lemon and orange trees, and a small pool. Having breakfast there in the morning, surrounded by the scents of citrus trees, was an absolute delight. Breakfasts were great — everything you need for a complete, healthy meal to start your day. Our room was on the smaller side, and we would have preferred a bigger bed, but thanks to the high ceilings, it felt quite spacious. The interior design really adds to the atmosphere — it feels like you’ve stepped into the Middle Ages. A couple of small suggestions for the hotel: it might be worth reviewing how the bathroom toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) are mounted, as the current setup wasn’t very convenient. Also, the safe in our room wasn’t working. We asked for it to be fixed, but there was no staff member available at the time who could help, and the issue was later forgotten — though to be fair, we didn’t follow up either. One other note — the hotel offers unlimited complimentary drinking water, which is a great bonus, but we weren’t informed about it at check-in and only discovered it ourselves later on. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. It’s a unique and relaxing place with a lot of charm.

I booked a family room with two single beds but was given a terrible sofabed instead of one single. The toilet was very smelly though apparently clean. The location is very convenient for city center but noisy at night. Parking is 5 mins walk away and not the best place to park. Next time I would prefer a hotel outside the main city zone. Breakfast was good and the service at breakfast was good as well. The whole experience was spoiled by the wrong room, smelly toilet and rude behaviour of manager. He didn't even apologise on giving the wrong room!

The location was central. Walking distance from all the major places. Had U2 coffee just opposite to it.and very close to Luna garden

Very strategic hotel location. In the heart of old town with beautiful interior. However, there are busy coffee shop and restaurant that open until midnight, and the old building wasn't built with sound proof walls, so expect a bit noise from outside.

The hotel facilities start to depreciate, but the services and the hotel location is good. The hotel architecture is fascinating.

the hotel is very beautiful, pompous and authentic. location right in the old town. we walked to the port in 10-15 minutes. we arrived from the airport to Antrey, very convenient. the pool was not working. the hotel is undergoing renovations during the day. very cold at night. heated the air with air conditioning. could not figure out the tricky shower. could not turn on the hot water. there were no scrambled eggs at breakfast, only boiled eggs. yoghurts too. coffee is typically bad, but there are a lot of greens, vegetables and cheese. there are toasts, different cereals and jam.

The room is luxurious and beautiful. But I booked a room with a bathtub, but it didn't have one. I reported it to the manager, but he ignored me. The location is great, in the old town. Opposite is an outdoor restaurant with a very warm atmosphere

Very good, first-class seats, elegant environment, there is Luna Garden at the door, a multi-national restaurant, very beautiful. The coffee inside is delicious and the food is also very good

The room is very small. It is located in the mezzanine between the first and second floors. The room is about 1.9 meters high and the interlayers are all floors. The noise from walking upstairs is very loud. When I walked downstairs, the noise was also very loud. The room was vibrating when I walked. I had a restaurant and office downstairs. I didn't allow cleaning. I got married and entered the room to clean. When I returned to the room, 2,400 Turkish Liras were stolen.

It is clean, has a very good location for Kaleiçi, and is also successful in terms of breakfast. We would also like to thank the staff. Recommended.
