As expected of Pullman Hotel, it still maintains its quality in Anshan. The receptionist Xiaoxue was very warm and considerate. The room was clean and tidy, and very warm. It felt like home when I returned to the hotel in the minus ten degree weather. The surrounding shopping, dining and travel are very convenient. I will stay here again next time.

The bathtub was disgusting. There was other people's body hair. There was hair on the bed. Everyone was asleep when I checked in at night. It was terrible. Very disappointed. I will not book again.
