The staff are very kind and helpful. The room I stayed in was large, clean and had the amenities I required. The balcony was very nice. The location of the hotel is close to a public beach, restaurants, an ATM and a convenience store. The neighbourhood is very quiet. I recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at Rosa Hotel. It was in a great location, easy to walk to everything. The beach is just 5 minutes walk away. The staff were really friendly and attentive and the room was spotless and really comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The transportation was good and the balcony was romantic. The reception was friendly, but the hot water didn't come out well. (Lukewarm) The bed was very hard, which was a downside, but for this price and accessibility, it's not bad. And the room and bathroom were spacious, slightly away from the main road, so it was quiet and there was no smoke smell, which was nice.

The staff was friendly. I had a little trouble with the deposit issue, but they resolved it well.

Stayed at this hotel with friends in February 2025, rented 2 rooms for 2 nights. One of them was smoky, it was tidied up with aroma candles. The hotel is located far from everything except the night market. But there is nothing to do there every day. The sea is visible from the balcony, it is nice. But walking to it and back is far and tedious climbing the hill where the hotel is located. It is difficult to walk to Kong Kong (about 2 km), and this is the most central place of the island. All the partying, cafes, shops are here. I cannot recommend the hotel, because I did not like the location - on a hill, far from the sea and from the center of tourist life.

Trash, unclean room, geckos!!!!!! Couldn't sleep at night, the sb man at the front desk directly emailed agoda to refund us and kicked us out, don't book!!!!!!!!!!!! Chinese don't cheat Chinese. We quickly changed to the opposite hotel. Thanks xc for helping.

Overall, it's okay for a price of less than a thousand baht. Reserved a standard room, the hotel upgraded to a balcony room, overlooking the sea. The accommodation is in an alley about 100 m. It's a hill. When you walk up, you're panting. Next to it is a bubble tea shop. There is a 15% discount for guests. There is a cafe nearby and the accommodation is far from the night market. Approximately 1 km.

The facilities are clean, the surrounding view is decent, and the staff is friendly. However, it is located at the end of a slight hill, so it is not very accessible to go to the mart or something. If you use Grab, even this will not matter, so you will have a good stay. Thank you for a good night.
