Clean hotel. Receptionist very polite and good service. Hotel location is very good too. In the centre of the city. Also near the bus station. Everything is perfect.

Everything is perfect ao me, just that bath area a bit small other than that location, service, amenties all wonderful. Highly recomend to ppl who want to visit andorra la vella, they got 10％ disc if u purchase some items in Pyreness shopping mall too!

The room was very tiny, but the bathroom was almost the same size. It was nice and clean, but we could hear absolutely everything through the door from the hallway. The floor was quite noticably slanted, but the bed was positioned so that the headboard was uphill so to speak, so in the end the slanting didn't cause a problem. Thankfully the hotel offers parking (paid extra), as it would have otherwise been a nightmare. There is a short duration parking spot in front of the hotel entrance for unpacking and checking in, but it seemed to be occupied at all times by someone other than hotel guests. We also couldn't figure out how to get on the other side of the road, as anywhere we drove, turning there wasn't allowed. Luckily it was possible to drive our car straight to the hotel's parking garage without checking in first. There was an intercom at the entrance to allow for this, but it was almost impossible to hear anything through it.

An overnight stay in Andorra staff were cold, looked miserable and it appeared they did not want to be there. From meeting the hotel manager at reception I was not surprised to see why, as he was very rude lack of hospitality and customer service skills. During our one night stay we had a leak in the bathroom which was on-going throughout the night, and meant our sleep was disturbed. When we informed the manager on our checkout he did not care, lack of acknowledgement. He only asked if it continued, and that was that for him. Once we paid the final bill which was for the dinner the evening before at the hotel and checked out,  he never said a word of a thank you or something so simple as asking how was our stay or I hope you enjoyed it. Very rude, I have never seen nothing like it. He seems to care far more about money than customer service and basic manners, which is essential in any business. Other than that the hotel was clean, food was ok, rooms are not soundproof is so poor  as we had a knocking on our wall when were using the shower and turning on the taps which made us feel uncomfortable. Andorra is a lovely country and will visit sometime again in the future, but definitely will not return to this hotel. The poor service from staff was unbelievable.

A little distance from the city center, but very close to the station, from the small alley opposite the hotel, you can reach by two lifts. The hotel was quiet, the room had only a small window and the bathroom was small. Breakfast is very rich and you can keep your luggage for free. Overall very good!
