Really liked this hotel but it is far from the Centre of Amsterdam made more difficult because of construction on nearby building. Staff are great and very helpful and attractive.

Absolutely amazing spa room best hotel in Amsterdam suana and jacuzzi with balcony worth every penny

This hotel is new and well-maintained. It is conveniently located just 20 minutes by tram from the train station and 30 minutes from the main museums. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, there were a few minor issues. The door to our room was extremely heavy, making it difficult for some guests to open. Additionally, the air conditioning unit made a cleaning sound during the night, which was disruptive to our sleep. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money and I would recommend it to others.

Beautiful chic hotel. Located a short tram ride from the main station this hotel is very modern with warehouse industrial designed rooms. Great service and wonderful food and beverage options..

Room was lovely and clean, service was very good and moved us promptly when there was an issue with the light in our room. Amenities and breakfast was very good, however it is just a little bit further out from all of the tourist spots

I made a mistake in booking and the hotel management had no help. They just want to take money without providing any services to users. Don’t waste your time and money

Decent hotel let down by terrible staff and service. Check in process was a nightmare, staff are rude and unhelpful. They charged us extra on check in despite having a confirmation for the correct amount, which trip later refunded as they shouldn't have charged more at the front desk on check in. Rooms are dimly lit, but well equipped, the tub and sauna was nice. They didn't replenish the tea and coffee daily and had to keep asking, also if you miss housekeeping theyre not on site to clean in the evening, only operating during prescribed hours . The shared spa facilities weren't working during our visit and are inadequate as small portable style steam room but pretty large sauna and small shallow pool so bear in mind when booking. Front desk kept calling and harassing me to check out at 11am when my confirmation email had check out listed as midday. Location wise the place is far from Amsterdam Central to walk however there are a couple tram stations between 5-7minute walk from the hotel. Car park is discounted by hotel but as its qpark its ridiculously priced and ridiculously tight to drive around between floors. Was hoping to make my wife's birthday a memorable experience for us but instead will never stay with inntel again.

Loved the room , panoramic view brought great sunlight and sunset views, whirlpool was heavenly to relax in (I watched tv while in whirlpool) and it feels like utmost comfort. Unwind in sauna and let your body feel the wellness experience in the Wellness Suite!!
