My wife and I together with a boy, recently had the pleasure of staying at NL Hotel for three days and two nights, and we wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude for your kindness and generosity during our visit. After enduring a long holiday journey that resulted in leg injuries for both of us, your thoughtful gesture of upgrading us to a room with lift access truly made a significant difference to our comfort and well-being. Your attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed, and we deeply appreciate it. The hotel’s convenient location near Leidseplein, with its vibrant selection of dining options, made our stay all the more enjoyable and memorable. My room is in 4 floor. But elevator go to third floor. Then you must go up in a narrow and small steps , its to hard with a laugage.

Location is close enough to city centre to enjoy attractions in the Museum Quarter, Anne Frank Haus vicinity & the eating places of Jordaan on foot. Be prepared for a typical Amsterdam narrow house with small rooms and steep staircases, otherwise very clean. Considering prices of all hotels In Amsterdam, this covers all our needs.

First time in Amsterdam and I had a very pleasant experience! Public transport took me close to the hotel, the reception was nice, The room was small, but had everything I needed. Several rooms had a nice courtyard with a table and chairs, but due to the cool weather I couldn't use it, Breakfast is not served here.

The night went well, however there were eyelashes/hair in the sheets. The rest was very clean. The environment was very quiet, and the hotel full of charm.

The hotel was super central, close to everything, the staff was super friendly, they let us leave our suitcases in the morning before check-in and after check-out. I would return without a doubt.
