Excellent location and helpful staff, nice place to stay and enjoy south of France

Next to a tram stop which is connected to the main train station. Fast Wi-Fi Free coffee and tea. However the heating doesn’t work

Very good, triple room, can accommodate four people. There are microwave oven, induction cooker and refrigerator, which is convenient for life. Good service attitude

The room is relatively large in foreign countries. The first floor is very quiet. It is cost-effective for temporary overnight stay. There are a variety of food nearby. The tram at the door is a scenic spot.

The hotel is located right on a road, with a lot of tram traffic. Having had the room right on the main road, you could hear the noise of the trams 🚋 at all hours of the night. For the rest everything was fine.

As good as before. You can take Line 1 from the city center train station to the hotel entrance. The suburban train station is only a five-minute walk away by taking bus 620 towards Place d'Europe. The transportation is very convenient. The staff are also very friendly.

It was convenient to get off because it was right in front of the tram. (The ticket vending machine may be out of order, so if you want to buy a ticket and ride, you need to check in advance.) After getting to know the surrounding geography, it was a good location for walking around the city center. I made a reservation with a garden view, and other than being assigned a street-facing room, I was satisfied. The sound of the tram can be heard from early in the morning until late at night, so sensitive people should be careful.

The room is clean, there is a tram track below, the windows are well sealed, and it is very quiet at night. The row of sycamore trees under the door is unforgettable. Special thanks to the front desk lady. Because of road construction, we couldn't find the parking entrance, and she went to where we parked to help us lead the way. Montreal is really great, the city of sunshine is beautiful!

The management was very bad. They didn't let me wait in the original room even though they knew I had a room renewal order. Instead, they asked me to move my luggage out at 11 o'clock. However, the new room I wanted to stay in didn't check out at 1:30 because the previous guest didn't. They couldn't let me stay in the room, it was a double standard.

The location is convenient, but the facilities are old and the assigned room is not in a good location. It faces the rail car on the side and makes a lot of noise. The bed is also two single beds pushed together. The air conditioner is useless. It is too hot to sleep at night.

Honestly it's not bad, the room is large and the air conditioning works well. But too bad there is no hairdryer and toothbrush
