I had a pretty good experience at this hotel. The location is convenient, just a free ferry ride to the city center. The room was clean, tidy, and exactly as described. I paid extra for a private room for my daughter, and everything was well-prepared. I didn’t interact much with the staff, but whenever I needed help, they responded quickly and professionally. I also met some nice roommates, which made the stay even more pleasant.

I had a very lovely overnight stay at ClinkNOORD. It was a last-minute trip so I was happy that they still had rooms available at a very affordable price. The location is really convenient. The breakfast was overall great. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and super big thanks to Ms. Nhalie and Ms. Lorna for assisting me when I arrived and making everything so easy. I wasn't sure what to expect coz it's my first time booking a hostel in Europe but this experience made me feel safe and will definitely trust hostels more after this!

Rooms are clean and location good, reception a bit but so take time if needing small requests

Amazing place to stay, everything was good and staffs were also awesome. It was my first time using hostel during my journey touring whole europe and it gave me awesome experience!! If you are hesitating to book it, u r wasting time. Just do it.

I had great service, there was a man called Roy at the front desk who was very helpful with our booking in process. Will definitely be my first choice when staying in Amsterdam again!

I had a mix feeling about this hostel. The location is superb, close to the centraal station although you need to take the ferry to cross the river (don't worry, it's free). Upon arrival, the room is really clean. Bed sheet and cover were provided, thus I needed to make my own bed. Apparently, the room was not cleaned every day. During my 5 days stay, they only cleaned it twice. Also, the soap container in the toilet was broken, so the soap kept falling to the floor, which made an unpleasant mess. Curtains were also broken, so we slept every night with a see-through window. I reported this issue to the receptionist, but nothing was done to fix it. There is no communal kitchen as well, so I could not boil hot water to make my own tea or instant noodles. Everything is charged here. If you want to check in early, you need to pay. If you want to book the lower bunk bed, you also need to pay. I think the positive point of this accommodation is just the location, everything else was meh.

Very nice place, but poor sound insulation

Staying at ClinkNOORD Hostel in Amsterdam was such a fun and memorable experience! The location, tucked away in the trendy Noord district, gave me a chance to experience a quieter, more local side of Amsterdam while still being just a quick (and free!) ferry ride from the bustling city center. What I loved most about ClinkNOORD was the vibe—it’s lively and social without feeling overwhelming. The common areas, like ZincBAR and the library, were perfect for meeting fellow travelers or just relaxing after a day of exploring. One evening, I joined a live music event at the bar, and it turned into one of the highlights of my trip. The hostel also organizes activities like walking tours and cocktail workshops, which made it easy to connect with others. The dorms were clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like privacy panels and USB ports by each bed—small details that made a big difference. I also appreciated how secure everything felt, with lockers for my belongings and keycard access throughout. If I had to nitpick, breakfast was decent but not amazing—I ended up grabbing food from local spots instead. But honestly, with so many great cafés nearby, it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, ClinkNOORD felt like more than just a place to sleep—it was an experience in itself. Whether you’re traveling solo or with friends, it’s the kind of place where you feel at home while still soaking up Amsterdam’s unique energy. I’d definitely stay here again!

Service was good ,with card payment anly.They will not accept cash for any payment.Luggage storage is available on paid basis if you have to do early check-in of late check out.Staff were friendly and location was superb .

A great place to stay,  5 minutes from Amsterdam centraal station, nice and quite with plenty activities to do, pool foosball bar cafe etc I always stay here

A lovely, welcoming hostel with loads of events every day, a nice bar & lounge area. Great location as it’s super close to Central Amsterdam, and it’s nice to get the ferry back and forth into town every day. Right by an incredible museum too! Had a really nice stay here.

Overall, this hostel is suitable for budget travelers, but it has significant issues with cleanliness and insufficient toilet facilities. I found the restrooms to be unhygienic and inadequate for the number of guests. I cannot recommend this hostel to those who prioritize hygiene.

Amazing location of the hostel just one ferro anat to the center and canals of Amsterdam. Stayed with a friend. Most of the staffing where very friendly and open to solve any issues.
