Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Great value for the price. Would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit👍🏻

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is small but it is understandable for the price (Crisis room). Bathroom is very clean and nice. I recommend this hotel.

Lovely and quiet, relaxed and laid back. Great one up from a hostel especially for couples not wanting bunk beds. Easy to feel at home and great area to return to after bustle of central Amsterdam

Bed bugs that bit me. Had to leave and lost my whole day because I had to look for another hotel there was no other rooms , had to contact to get my refund and still waiting for them to give me the city tax back still hasn’t happened

Cute hotel, but was far to walk to town. Staff were friendly. Some areas were not completely clean

Room very small & no toilet in room so had to share. Waiting on refund as had to get more suitable accommodation.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. And each room was very unique. It is a bit far from Amsterdam Central Station, so travelers should be careful.

No natural light in the room. Otherwise fun concept. Shared bathroom but they were clean and spacious.

Love this beautiful place. The staff is very professional and accommodating to our needs! They also have a nice restaurant in the vicinity!

Nice and interesting interior with the hidden rooms and the caravan room. Disappointed by breakfast service however. Had to wait 45 minutes for a breakfast that did not needed cooking. While other guests who came later were served earlier.
