Everything was great, but the soundproofing wasn’t the best. I guess it’s just the way the place is built.

When we first arrived at the room, we found out the blanket had a stain. We called the reception but he responded that it was not possible as they had changed the supplier yesterday. He came up with a poor service attitude, just claiming that it was impossible. He said there were no housekeepers at the moment, so we had to change it ourselves. He asked us to email the photo below so that they could file a complaint. It is TOTALLY unacceptable for the customers to change the blanket on their own when it was not even their fault, not to mention emailing a photo to the hotel to file a complaint. The service was also poor, the receptionist was not friendly. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Located just 1 street away from Mariott but at an much affordable price. Room is clean and nice. Location is a good short walk from the canals. Only downside is the shower room water tends to flow out.

Cosy hotel but with tiny lift. Hotel was old but still clean. Quick walk to nearby attractions like Rijkmuseum. Hotel also offers bike rentals, and near another bike rental shop.

Love the everything about this place. Feels like home, I didn’t felt like i was in a commercial hotel. I would definitely comeback once im back to Amsterdam. And surely recommend to everyone i know ♥️

Absolutely brilliant ! Booked a single room but got a lovely double with a window. Great online check in/out system. So easy to take the 397 bus from and to the airport to a minutes walk away from hotel and very convenient to walk into downtown attractions whilst being nicely away from the hustle and bustle. Front desk staff lovely, let me leave my bags in locked store room after I checked out while I strolled around town before an evening flight. Would thoroughly recommend for an Amsterdam city break.

Good location. 15min walk to downtown or food halls. Many bars and restaurant nearby. Friendly staff. Would choose it again at AMS.

i got super small room, because they had no regular room for me. i could stay there or in basement, where room was right size but through window i see legs of people walking on the footpath, and hear them talking. Staff, 2 people friendly, one woman quite arrogant (like almost want to tell you, if you dont like what you got, then leave). Second day gave me better room, like one from offer.

Decent and clean; although hotel a bit older. There is elevator and stairs. The breakfast selection is great!!! Within walking distance to tram and bus station (Leidseplein); convenient to commute to and from the Schipol Airport and Amsterdam Centraal station. Within walking distance to Rijksmuseum, Moco Museum and Stedelijk Museum. Likely to recommend for future trips.

Nice hotel in a great location. Just 15 mins tram ride to Amsterdam Central. Bathroom quite small. Otherwise all good.

Walking distance from some major attractions and close to the tram station as well. The stuff were very friendly and helpful, and the general atmosphere was nice and quiet. Worth every cent.
