OK, a little bit far from the center but have tram 2 directly to Central Station

Large comfortable room with 4 beds, complimentary coffee pods and a cozy bathroom.

A good, comfortable room that I could book on very short notice for a decent price. Good WiFi connection and a clean bathroom. Easy automated check-in and checkout experience made it a very convenient stay even if it was a little further from central Amsterdam (but convenient for travel to the museums which are very close!)

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk server, Mr. Gabi. He showed no manners, no welcoming attitude, and no smile. His way of speaking felt more like giving orders than assisting guests. This made me and my kids feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Although I had booked for two nights, I decided to leave after the first night because the experience was so unpleasant. I left the hotel very next day and didn’t even complete my next day what I already paid. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I hope management will take action to improve the behavior and professionalism of their staff.

very expensive parking the hotel have private car park but they will charge you €25 per night which is very expensive and not fair and service like food not available after 6pm

Good hotel. About 20 minutes bike ride from downtown. Would recommend for a close to the airport choice

The room is clean and big, but the location is not that close to central Amsterdam. For transportation, walking for around 10 minutes can take the tram to the city centre. Supermarkets within walking distance. The hotel has several vending machines, and even a pizza, so you don't need to worry about supper late at night.

Hotel was convenient with local shops and restaurants. Hotel services were good. Had a pleasant time.

Seven minutes to the tram stop and twenty minutes to the city center by tram. Five minutes to LIDL. In a quiet district of Amsterdam. Really excellent breakfast.

It was a nice experience in Amsterdam but the only thing I’d change is the cleaning, with it would’ve been more thorough.

Great hotel and right next to a tram stop for access in and out of the main city and canals I was unable to find the gym/wellness suite with staff directing me to different places (I didn’t look particularly hard) Great price but if you intend on spending your time in and around the canals I’d suggest somewhere closer as the €9.50 daily tram pass will add up

The room was clean and spacious for 2 people! Check-in was strictly at 3pm using a kiosk and was really efficient. Hotel was located about 10-15 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop to get to Central Amsterdam.

Very good hotel for the money in Amsterdam. We booked a regular room for two people, room cleaning was every single day, new towels, furnished well, no big issues. Wish there was a bigger window to open for more airflow but even just one is OK. Heating is via a radiator you can set from 1-5 and that's it for heating, its very warm at 5 even during winter. Very good for the 45 euros paid, 25 per person is cheap for central europe

Hotel was conveniently located to transport. Service was excellemt. Staff were really really friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean. Shower cap and other amenities like shampoo lotion etc. needed to be provided though. We enjoyed our stay.
